Product was not as described, described as a grinder but was actually just a container. Requested refund but no reply from company. Won't be shopping here again.

After receiving the wrong item, I was offered to be refunded for half the cost of my order or (after already waiting 2 weeks for my order to be delivered) I could send the wrong item back, at my expense, before having the correct item sent out.
When I replied to say I wasn’t happy with either of these options, my email was ignored and I never heard back from anyone.

Company is a scam... spent over $200 ... approximately 2 months ago... I have sent confirmation of deposit and still no communication and no products that I've paid for have arrived

Great customer service, fast shipping. Ordered a bong from here, but the ash catcher/bowl was broken on arrival. They sent a replacement piece as soon as they had one available. Only thing that could be improved is communicating a bit more to keep customers in the loop.

Bong i ordered was sent back to the store because they put the wrong info on it, the bong was resent out but when it arrived was missing its internal pipe and cone piece, was told that the stem and cone piece would be express mailed, they were not, and the email i got for the Auspost tracking id didnt have any tracking number. so i had to follow up yet again to get that from them. The stem and cone piece arrived exactly a month after i put the order in for the bong.
the customer service team spent most of that month dodging my calls and only responded to emails after i had effectively spam called them all day. also fun to find out that the lady who answers the customer service line wont answer between 2-4pm even though the listed hours are from 10am-4pm

I used your site because i was told my stuff would arrive within 1-2 weeks maximum.
instead it was sent with wrong info, resent with missing pieces and then those pieces were resent but not express as customer service promised.
absolutely horrific customer service and a serious issue if your supply chain can mess this many things up on one order. i wish i could give zero stars
