I bought a product from DiscountSafetyGear which sent my order to onlinestores.com however I never received my order. I tried emailing them but they don't reply!

Product I ordered was intercepted by Customs..
They held it for 2 weeks and that was the last time I ever heard about it.
The seller was iHerb and even my sales details was gone from there website..
There was no direct contact with iHerb only an AI help panel..
No information has been passed onto me from them and even the Carrier Co. has removed all info. for tracking...
I'm beginning to think the the product they sold me was not passed by Customs..
I will be closing my account with iHerb because of their total lack of service and the holding of my purchase money..

The product arrived faster than I expected. I was concerned about the fit because of my curves. I selected a larger size. My jumpsuit fits like it was tailored. Thank you.

I have been ordering flags for our volunteers to display at the 109 houses in our community since 2015. All of the flags are great quality and especially Made in the USA.

I purchased a telescoping flag pole, light, and flag three months ago. The flag alone cost much more than I’ve ever paid before, but I assumed the quality would justify the price. It didn’t.

After just a few months, the blue has completely faded—embarrassingly so. My neighbor actually asked me what kind of flag I was flying and had a good laugh about it. When I called customer service, they told me flags are only “good” for 90 days, and that’s if you bring them inside regularly.

Honestly, if you sell a premium-priced product, you should stand behind it. I would recommend buying from a company that actually believes in what they sell. I won’t be making the same mistake twice.
