Very impressed with ONP, especially Laura Shaw, who was an extremely reliable, diligent, and communicative solicitor to work with. A lot of the stress around conveyancing can be due to unresponsive solicitors, but I certainly didn't experience that here. The modern platform kept me updated at each stage of the process, and Laura was always easy to get hold of and willing to answer my queries promptly. She certainly put my mind at ease. The fees they charge are also very reasonable for the level of service. I heartily recommend them, and will definitely use them again myself when I buy/sell my next property.

We started the process of selling our holiday let in August 2025 and the chain broke down twice and the third time wasn’t an easy time. Meg was professional, patient and above all approachable. My experience from start to finish with ONP has been fantastic. They have been pro-active and helpful at every stage. I dealt primarily with Sophia Logan who I can not speak highly enough of. I always felt like she was on top of what needed doing and ensuring the other side were moving forwards as well. I hope I don't have to move again but if I do, I'll be back with ONP and Sophia.

We have used ONP before and our experience with them then, made us return this time. Our initial contact, Scott Dickinson was superb, very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, Scott had to take unplanned leave but his replacement Jamie Straw was equally efficient and kept us up to date with developments. Even when we had a potential late issue surrounding a possible Bank Holiday on our scheduled completion date (because of the World Cup!), Jamie approached the situation in a calm manner and kept all parties informed. We found Jamie very personable and we are sure that this contributed to the process being completed with no issues. No hesitation whatsoever recommending these guys ;-)
