We have been proud owners of an Opus Air for five years. We had a slight mishap and damaged the drawer unit fascia. The after sales team at Opus found a replacement part and sent it out at a very reasonable price in 24 hours. Great service!

What can I say . Bought a second hand opus air all-Road 2019 . And Chris and the team made me feel like I bought it from new. Needed new parts they replied to emails very promptly and are super helpful. Will be buying from them for the life of my trailer tent.. well done guys keep it up

Excellent customer service. I required a replacement white air bladder valve. Opus were very helpful and organised a replacement to be sent out the same day. Just waiting for it to arrive.
Exceptional products and service
I’m sadly having to sell my Opus, but had to call in to get a replacement part. Not only am I sad to see the Opus go, but also the service I’ve had from Opus HQ, and especially Chris Steele, who has been a fountain of knowledge and support over our 8 years of ownership. The Opus-1 Camper is excellent. It helped us through Covid and after Covid period. The other side of the 5 stars is the pre and post sale Service. Yes post sale service really exists but only in the best companies.

New Seats
We needed to replace our 12y old seats in the Opus as they were decomposing rather rapidly. My contacts with Christopher Steele and other members of the team have been straightforward, quick and efficient. Delivery by FedEx and payment online was seamless.

Opus have revolutionised our camping trips. We come from a tenting background and had some great adventures, but wanted to extend the season, be off the ground and have a few extra luxuries thrown in. The Opus fulfilled everything we wanted and more and we haven’t looked back! We’ve found the space so versatile and can be set up based on your needs, from two adults or a family housed comfortably there’s everything you need to take your adventures to the next level. There is also a really friendly ‘Opus Community’ where owners both new and old can share ideas, talk about any modifications and hints and tips. In terms of aftercare, Opus are second to none, they’re approachable and will answer any questions you have, explain things to help you get the most out of your camper and the bonus is they’re just super lovely people! We haven’t regretted for a single moment our Opus purchase and with each trip we find we add some extra touches to make our Opus a home from home. Of course there is the initial outlay and that needs to be considered, but when we worked out how much you’d spend on hotels, or what we would spend on kitting out a tent to a comfortable standard, then the Opus is great value. That combined with the quick set up and pack down it’s a purchase you won’t regret.
