Just wanted to you yo know, I was going to order a watch have it engraved but after reading the reviews of your customer service forget it. Its to bad I really like the watch.

Bought 3 watches for Christmas gifts. Thought was decent quality & looking. Until my husband opened the first one and the Certificate of Authenticity didn’t even spell the brand correctly (OIGRINAL GRAIN) - not authentic - CHINESE SCAM.

He loves it!! It is beautiful crafted!

I ordered a watch on Dec 10th and still haven’t received it. I have emailed 5 times asking with an update as this was a Christmas gift. I have asked for a cancellation with no response! This is a lot of money!

I ordered my husband a watch from your company for Christmas. I received the watch, but it did not come with instructions on how to set the time, or add/subtract links. I had to YouTube a video and found that the watch was supposed to come with a small tool set to help with those tasks. I’m really disappointed as we he was excited to open his gift, but is left to wait to figure out how to adjust it and set it. This was an expensive gift and the excitement was short lived as it came incomplete. Help.

It is hard to give this company a low star review , the watches are very nice and my family really likes them. But customer service can only be reached by email. I placed and order in the beginning of a month and two weeks no information about the package . It has been at a stand still at one location. And waiting to see what customer service will do is frustrating. Mailed by USPS , and only the shipper can get information.

Actually have about five or six Original Grain watches. I actually recommended the company to friends. In the past year, one has a clasp that won't work and another has the logo that fell off underneath the glass and is perched on the minute hand so it doesn't work. I stopped buying after that, but I had someone who really wanted one for Christmas so I gave in. Apparently lost in mail. Company told me that I had to deal with carrier myself. I did, and carrier said the company had to contact them and file a report. Company said I needed to wait five days. Today, the fifth day since my complaint, they email me back asking if I got a resolution with the carrier. The same carrier I told them they had to contact! It's an endless loop of finger pointing with a little over a week until Christmas. I am more than done with this company. Watches are great for a couple of years, if you get them, so I guess that's a positive?

I received an original grain watch as a gift a couple of years ago. I let their customer service know that this gift really meant a lot to me and unfortunately the bezel broke off. I asked if I could pay to have it repaired since they have the same bezel on a different watch from that collection. They not only refused to fix it, but then tried to get me to upgrade to a more expensive watch me with a $100 off coupon.

This was purchased as 50th birthday gift for my brother. The watch looks fantastic and I am sure he will love it. A word of warning standard shipping is incredibly slow if you are buying one as a gift, buy at least 2 weeks in advance if using standard shipping.

The watch is beautiful, however, the band is too small for my wrist. I can't wear it. I did not notice that the web site provided any option for me to select a specific size for the band.

I ordered one of the military watches with engraving on 10/05/24, after waiting a couple of weeks I emailed because it was supposed to be sent out after 5/6 business days. My response was this was a preorder watch (or did not say this anywhere when I ordered), but it was estimated to be delivered on 10/25. I emailed a day later since I did not receive it, the response was the same. It was a pre-order and I will receive the tracking order when they get it. It is now almost a month. I would be more patient if it said preorder anywhere on the order, but it did not. I am now becoming frustrated waiting in this, especially when I receive emails saying this watch is almost out of stock.

***Update…after using my laptop instead of my phone to get on to their website, I was given an option to talk to someone. They were able to let me know that it was going to be shipped at a later date and sent me a pic of my order. I just received my tracking order yesterday.

Watches are gorgeous but their quality and customer service is worst I've dealt with. Makes me wonder if this company is actually American based or if it's actually an overseas deal.
You can't talk with anyone and the email is an auto response which isn't helpful. Only quoting their policy over and over rather than fixing the issue promptly.

Here's the issue for me: Received a watch as a gift. After two weeks, the outer ring bevel which is wood, popped out at some point and lost. Reached out to Original Grain via email as there isn't a phone number to talk to anyone. Received a response that "normal wear and tear does is not covered under warranty." After another email, received the same policy response and that they would need the order number and information on the person that ordered the watch. So I had to reach out to the person that gave me the gift and let them know that the watch was broken and I needed this information from them. To me, this is not how you handle something as simple as a bevel.
What they should have done was said, send the watch back and we'll get you a replacement next day.

Instead, they finally sent me a new bevel and said to take it to a jewelry person to have it installed so to maintain any future warranty issues.

Come on guys, you say you are an American Made company but you handle your customers like China.

It's unfortunate because again, your watches are beautiful and affordable but I guess you get what you pay for.

I will not be perusing future watches with you moving forward.

June 20, 2024 I purchased a JACK DANIELS watch from this company original grain watch company nothing but issues and problems. This is what happened I ordered to watch they say it’s custom it’s gonna take 2 to 3 weeks they mailed the watch out without putting my apartment number and deliver to somebody at another address it took two weeks to figure out what’s going on so they re-ordered it Now it’s September 17. They say the Watches ready it says it’s gonna be delivered on Friday 13 then I got another email saying delivered on Saturday 14and now it’s Monday. 17 I tell the company original grain Watch company that you’d never put the apartment number and the post office is saying they can’t deliver it. They told me to go to the post office and make a complaint supposed to get delivered to my house. Original grains, watch company They don’t know what they’re doing there. They promise you promise you tell you things and then they never get back to you. OK they don’t have a phone number because you can call him. You have to email them and of course 10 to 15 times before they respond. If you’re lucky something to Think about they want you to do all the work they just sit back. They don’t even make the watch. They have someone else make it, but it goes through their company original grains watch company they’re out of Kentucky. I would never buy another piece of watch from these people ever again, how they were how they are run a company The first watch they mailed out they didn’t even have it signed. They just dropped it off at someone’s house. I had to tell them you don’t have The Watch Signed for it cost $300 Oh, we never thought about that. Where do you live man in America or another world lotta stealing going on I’m just letting the people out there know what kind of a watch company. This is the Watches Beutiful, but they don’t make it out. They’re just using their name. Something that takes about a month took over four months not happy at all upset I had to take time out of my job to go to the post office and claim my watch that they don’t even know how to put an apartment Number yes original grains watch company even the second time when they mailed it out no apartment number

So far so good. I’m very pleased with all of my watches. It’s been less than 2 weeks since my purchases so I will follow-up, if needed. As the saying goes, only time will tell. Horrible experience!! Avoid at all cost. Ordered for a buddies birthday gift 2.5 weeks prior and followed up multiple times. Excuses after excuses. After they said watch was in, and waiting engraving, came back week later and said watch was back ordered. Horrible customer service. Not work the money.

I ordered the watch a couple months ago. They charged my credit card July 19 and still no watch. Have tried to contact with no success. Will try one more time, then will contact my credit card company for help.

Easy online ordering and my son really liked it! We gave it to him as a personal wedding gift from mom & Dad. Because he was so impressed with the watch, we got one for my other son as a Best Man gift from us.
