This is my fourth watch from you guys. It started off a little rocky but I think it was do to an error on the shipping and tracking site. After I had placed the order, a few days later the tracking said it had been delivered. It wasn't. I sent an email, they responded quickly and let me know what was going on and when I would actually get my watch. Also followed up with a couple of emails letting me know the progress. Great Customer service and well crafted watches.

If you want to wear beautiful art, buy from Original Grain. BUT, if you want functionality and customer service look elsewhere. I recommend TreeHut.

I was so excited for the watch to arrive to give to my husband for Father’s Day and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I reached out to customer support and Emely was able to get a replacement sent out. My husband loves his new watch.

After buying 5 watches and spending around 1500.00. I still like the concept of the company. I like the watches. I recently reached out to see about getting a extra link. I informed them that other 4 watches were fine and didn't require any additional links. I didn't understand why this one did. Well, they said I could buy 2 links with shipping for about 15.00 So I did but I thought that was petty after spending that much money. Well, they just lost a customer for that reason. I sent them an email and got no response. But they sent my receipt for the links Spend the 15.00 wisely. Unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time ordering from the company where they either don’t have the product and shipment cancelled or their delivery time is completely off from what I was promised on the order page. They have no problem charging a $50 fee a one day delivery, but then once receiving the confirmation email you find out they’re not shipping anything this week because they’re moving! That info would’ve been great when you were ordering. Not after receiving the confirmation order email.

The watches are beautiful, but the customer service is severely lacking. It appears they are operating out of California. Maybe they should move to Texas.

I contacted Original Grain to get a replacement crystal for my husbands watch. At 1st the very nice gentleman I corresponded with did not have good news for me. Being the person I am, I went to the next step. Then I ended up with the co-founder of the company. He made things right. OMG they fid make it very right. My husband was very ecstatic when he opened the box from OG. Thank you OG for making someone’s day by leaps and bounds. Keep doing what you are doing. Katie

Beautiful watch! I love it. The only thing I would do differently is take the 2 extra links you send and put them on the watch. First watch I have ever bought in my life that was too small out of the box. Had to go to a jeweler to have the links put in. Other than that, perfecto!

Was gifted this watch for Christmas…within two months I had to pay for a battery replacement. 100$. Two days later the watch hands started colliding with each other, could’ve been the watch repair guys mistake, anyways he offered to fix it for free. Everything’s all good for about a month until my watch clasp bent out. No idea how it happened, anyways I emailed customer service, they seemed great, as they would respond to my first emails, and promised me a replacement each time I emailed. However after I replied to those emails, I would hear nothing. I tried this about 12 times, and then gave up. Useless. I figured I could try and bend the watch clasp back in, which kind of worked. About a week later my watch hands fell off from the rotater. I can’t stress enough how disappointing my experience with this company has been.

500$ watch not operable right out of the box, western ford f series. My wife bought it for me for Father’s Day…. Really nice looking watch but buyer beware. Now it’s just a bracelet. Trying to recoup our money.

I wanted to try the brand and needed the purchase to arrive within 6 days due to being a gift. I ordered the 46mm Teal and Bronze, (which seemed to be a fine quality watch) paid the addition fee for 2-3 day shipping, however the delivery time ended up as 8 days. The delivery communication was fairly slow and vague, however, I did begin to receive daily marketing emails as well as daily marketing text messages. Peiodical sales coms are fine; However, theirs seem to be too frequent.

I emailed 7 times immediately after ordering to change my address as it was incorrect. Not one response and now my watch is going somewhere else and I won't get it. I own a few other original grains as gifts, this was the 1st one I bought for myself, terrible experience and I won't get my watch.

Ordered a Mystery watch from an offer I got. Watch was touted as being "Worth at least $199". The one I got is kinda plain, about what I'd expect for the $99 I paid. But I checked the website and it currently sell for $134! I contacted them and they said "Well actually you are lucky. It usually sells for $249". How insulting! If I can buy it now for 134 then it is worth exactly 134. Sneaky way they have of unlading their poor sellers I guess.

Pretty awsone products and services love the watched and what theyvstand for.

I was a little disappointed the watch is on the small side I picked it for the color seems decent quality it's there most expensive but it's too small for my taste

Was told my watch would ship 7 days after purchase. 10 days later the order hasn’t even been fulfilled. Have reached out to the company multiple times over the course of three days and have received zero response from the company. If I go to place an order for the exact watch today, the website claims it would ship in four days. This company is a joke. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I have purchased two watches for my husband from this company so far. The last was a limited edition orange piece, I also purchased the warranty along with the piece. Long story short, I sent an email to customer support and not even two minutes after I sent it did I receive a reply with instructions on how to receive a replacement to a piece that had broken. I didn’t have to do anything but confirm my address. I received the replacement within two days. Top notch service and products, will definitely purchase from this company again!
