Correct sizing. I was pleased to see that I had ordered the correct size - one never knows anymore. The top is adorable and fits well. The padded bike shorts were a good price compared to everyone else on the 'net. Shipping takes a little longer than expected. I believe the tops must be a print-when-ordered product, and they ship internationally.

The Fabric Print Was The Only Good Thing.
I really liked the print on the shirt I bought. But that was the only thing.
The fabric is cheap, but stretchy. I guess I had a fantasy of it being marginally technical, but it is clammy feeling like lycra jerseys from the 80s. The cut is very poor for being in a riding position as the sleeves bunch up in the armpits. The finishing of the seams is sloppy. To top it off, it took forever to receive, long enough that I assumed it was being drop shipped (and based on other comments, it was). When I questioned where the shirt was nearly a month after ordering, they replied with a standard, "we got slammed with orders and are trying to catch up."
Like I said, I like the print, as does my wife. But that is it.

Customer Service Effective. Fabric Weight & Sizing Off.
Sizing was off as in my garment was larger than expected. I mountain bike, so I'm accustomed to loose fitting garments.
I found their customer service a bit cumbersome but ultimately effective. I liked that. Return policy is very far from Amazon's practice.
Their garments are made to order, ie they don't have a warehouse. Hong Kong, I think. So it takes a while to receive an order.
I don't care for the material, but their design and construction was as expected. The fabric was ok, but it is a heavier weight material than I'm accustomed to with Club Ride jerseys. Can't comment on durability. Based on my experience, once was enough.

Good delivery and customer service. Good overall quality but some details feel cheap.
Customer service ia good, delivery was fast and the item arrived in good condition. I ordered a gravel shirt.
The design pattern is very nice but I agree with other reviews stating that some details like the buttons, collar and stitching looks and feels cheap for the price the shirt was sold for.
The shirt is very comfortable though and the sizing is okay. I felt fresh after the ride. The fabric doesn’t feel too durable but time will tell.
