a Sunday too! I've used Ormskirk Pets for years as they have the cheapest prices but I also really value good customer service and this will ensure that I don't ever go elsewhere!

Ormskirk Pets had exactly what I wanted, I cannot fault their efficient and speedy service. Here on the Isle of Man I could only find small bags of the bird seed I wanted if I had bought the same quantity of those I would have paid double what this wonderful little business charged.

Terrible customer service I requested a refund as my item never arrived and was totally ignored. Parcel turned up 2 weeks later with no apology very disappointing

The products I had ordered were out of stock but Ormskirk Pets emailed me straight away, refunded the additional postage I had paid for quick delivery and agreed to send as soon as in stock.
