⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I would strongly advise anyone considering OSFX Global to proceed with caution.

I purchased one of their Forex EA bots on 3 June after speaking with their representative via Telegram. Before purchasing, I was assured that if I was not satisfied, a refund would be available. Based on those representations, I proceeded with the purchase and paid £1,199.20.

After payment, I was told I would receive a licence key and onboarding details via email. Instead, I experienced significant delays, poor communication, and repeated periods where my emails and support messages went unanswered. Despite the company advertising fast response times, I had to send numerous emails and Telegram messages over a period of weeks just to receive basic updates.

When I eventually received a response, I was asked for additional account information. After providing everything requested, there were further delays and little communication. I repeatedly chased for updates and support but received very little assistance.

When I raised concerns and requested a refund, I was offered a different EA instead of the product I originally purchased. I agreed to test it after asking whether a refund would still be available if I was not satisfied. After testing the software, I found it was not what I expected based on the information provided during the sales process and I requested a refund.

Since then, communication has effectively stopped and my refund requests have gone unanswered.

My experience was characterised by poor communication, long delays, unfulfilled expectations, and a lack of customer support. For a product costing over £1,000, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism and service.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I purchased a MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisor from OSFX Global after being assured I would receive the correct MT5 files with instant delivery.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing:

The product was not delivered instantly as advertised
After repeated follow-ups, I eventually received files — but these were for MT4, not MT5 as promised
The files provided do not work at all
I was told to contact support, but I have not be assited correctly, the support team replies once every 30 hours with the reply in most cases no help at all.

The seller/Owner has since stopped communicating

Before purchasing, I was also given very strong performance claims and access to a MT5 account with an active running EA

Based on my experience, this appears to be a case of misrepresentation and poor business practices.

I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company,

I am currently pursuing a refund through my bank and have reported the matter to the relevant authorities.

If the company resolves this matter and issues a full refund or a product that actually works as promised and advertised, I will update this review accordingly.
