Splendido emozionante regalo
Ben consapevole del fatto che NON si sta nominando veramente una stella, si tratta comunque di un regalo emozionante che durerà nel tempo ed un modo elegante per dimostrare affetto a chi si vuol bene.
Io l’ho acquistato per ognuno dei miei tre attuali nipotini e SICURAMENTE lo rifarò ai nipoti che eventualmente arriveranno in futuro.
Servizio impeccabile, ottima comunicazione, spedizione rapida della documentazione personalizzata, molto apprezzata l’APP che permette di individuare le “propria” stella nel cielo.
Piccolo appunto: avrei preferito poter scegliere la stella in base alla sua posizione all’interno della costellazione precedentemente individuata anziché “pescare” tra quelle via via proposte successivamente dal sistema.
Rimane in ogni caso uno splendido emozionantissimo regalo *****

DONT TRUST THEM! They claim they ship packages quickly and that orders arrive within a few business days. That’s a lie. I will have to wait almost two months for my order! This is absurd and plain fraud. They don't want event to do something about it.

Mooie set, veel mogelijk om het pakket te customizen en super vriendelijke service. Toen het pakket was kwijtgeraakt door PostNL heeft OSR me enorm goed geholpen dus zeker aan te raden!

Il mio pacco non è mai arrivato
Il mio pacco non è mai arrivato, ANZI STA TORNANDO INDIETRO IN OLANDA!
Ordine effettuata in data: 29 ottobre, pacchetto super star gift (il più costoso per intenderci) seleziono la spedizione normale (che comunque è a pagamento di quasi 7 euro se non sbaglio) perchè so che ho ordinato in tempo per ricevere il mio regalo!
Peccato che quando Poste Italiano provano (a detta loro) a consegnare non so per quale motivo (il mio cognome è segnato sia sul citofono che sulla cassetta delle lettere) il pacco non viene messo in giacenza per un ritiro presso la posta ma addirittura viene rispedito indietro al mittente.
Ho mandato già due mail al servizio clienti ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, ormai il regalo so che non potrà arrivare più in tempo ma a questo punto vorrei una risposta per poter chiedere o un rimborso (cosa più sensato poichè, dopo aver speso quasi 100 euro, ho dovuto compre un nuovo regalo) o una spedizione con un corriere serio che ti chiama se per caso non è convinto di una cosa.
ultimo consiglio se decidete di far pagare la spedizione stanadrd assicuratevi che vi affidate ai corrieri giusti, perchè io da consumatore mi sento truffata per ben due volte!
