In the past, most retailers would place consumers in imaginary boxes based on their gender, postcode, age, what newspaper they read and even ethnicity. This was before the internet gave the power of research and information to everyone. The internet allowed people to explore and liberate themselves into trying something new. It made it harder for companies to pressure consumers into buying something that "wasn't quite right" or not exactly what they wanted. Our goal is to give people the chance to explore what furniture makes them feel good in their home and to perhaps give buying online a try for the first time. If you are someone who appreciates having the time, space and advice to explore possibilities of what you might buy, then maybe Out & Out Original is for you. If you've ever been that person who's checked the internet to learn more about a product or even price check whilst in a store, then Out & Out Original is definitely for you! We know at times it feels safer to buy from the known establishment or even to get sucked in to buying something not quite right, but before you do that, try to remember the last time you explored and tried something new and how liberating it felt. Never got the item and then the company went bust and I didn't get a refund or an item! Do not trust them!

Do not buy anything from here!
Shocking! Bought a garden set, didn’t then hear anything. Was given a delivery link which took me to a strange website saying it was in Felixstowe. I decided to look at other reviews and after a couple of weeks decided to claim the money back through my bank. I tried email multiple times as well as calling, no one ever answered or called back. They then deleted comments that I had posted on Facebook warning other people. To this date I still haven’t heard anything from them…

Company went bust before I received my goods and I had to claim my money back from my bank. I can’t believe they actually contacted me to see how they did!!

Shocking - don't order anything
Delivery didn't arrive on time then only part of it arrived. Then no one responded to our emails until we contacted out credit card company to get our money back. Appallingly service. Made my birthday get together stressful as we had to borrow chairs from my neighbours.

Company has gone into administration and won’t answer my emails about receiving part of my order and also damaged goods.

They took our money but we never got out order.
We never got the furniture, we couldn't get in touch with them at all, then on their website it said the company was no longer trading so apart from confirming our order we never got any correspondense from them. I wouldn't have given 1 star but there is no option for no stars. They took our money though.

Out and out is an awful compsny
Awful company they have taken two payments for one item then made out they were in administration so as not to pay back the money they owe me.
Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

No delivery, no communication. Only got a refund as I luckily paid via Klarna! Scam from day 1!

Item never received! Money claimed back..
Never received item had to claim money back through bank. Delivery said 5-10 working days I didn't hear anything for 18 days then I had a text off a random mobile number asking me to arrange a day to suit myself. Customer service is terrible and no resolution via the company had to go through bank AVOID!

My £700 order never arrived. I could not get hold of anyone for weeks. No one replied to emails and then they suddenly announced that they had ceased training on Facebook. Appalling.
