After a long time spent browsing, I had lost the will to live with searching for a holiday that ticked all the boxes we were looking for as a family of 4.

Within a few days of contacting Steph & providing a brief outline of what we were hoping for, I’d been given a shortlist of a few suitable holidays, along with everything we needed to know about each destination.

Once we had decided which trip was for us, everything was booked, admin handled, check in’s to make sure all questions were answered before & during the holiday, and also a follow up call to make sure everything was as hoped for (which it exceeded).

Booking this way took the usual stress, time & overthinking/analysing out of planning a holiday, all with only a few weeks notice 👏🏼

This was the first of what will be many trips we book with Steph ☺️

Steph our agent went above & beyond what you would expect from a travel agent. Her communication was faultless, her timing was perfection and her honestly & professionalism was nothing short of first class service. I can not recommend her highly enough.

Thanks again to Ben who arranged my holiday to Costa Rica. As always I have the security of knowing that Ben and Karen have got my back 24 hours a day should you need them. Doesn’t matter about time difference they go above and beyond with sorting check in, and flight issyes. Costa Rica was truly amazing. Thank you and I look forward to my next next adventure whether it be a city break or long haul.. Ben sorts any holiday request !!

We used Steph for our holiday to Thailand.. super impressed from start to finish, extremely knowledgable (we ended up going with her recommendation rather than our original plans - and it was perfect!) great communication, everything superb and already looking forward to booking our next adventure with her, can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you Steph.

Steph was brilliant. She understood exactly what we were looking for and put together an amazing itinerary, resulting in one of the best holidays we've ever had. She gave us excellent advice and suggestions too. From our initial discussion to check-ins while we were away, she was super helpful and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. Couldn't recommend her more highly.

We are so thankful for the time Steph has taken to listen to our needs and requirements, she matched us to a lovely winter sun holiday in Fuerventura.

It was the first time we stayed in a Adults Only All Inclusive and loved it.
We hadn't even considered the option of All Inclusive but Steph gave us the confidence to try something new.

From booking through to arriving Steph and the concierge team were so efficient and with the added bonus of the travel app everything was seamless and stress free.

We look forward to booking the next one...

Steph recently arranged an amazing trip to Dubai to celebrate my 50th birthday. Steph’s knowledge, passion and meticulous attention to detail ensured I had the most amazing time. The communication was first class coupled with ease of booking, it was such a stress free experience. I have now booked two further holidays utilising Steph’s expertise and would strongly recommend her wonderful service to friends and family.

We recently used this travel company for the first time due to a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Myself and my wife wanted a beach front resort of 4 or 5 star standard in Koh Samui, Thailand. We had visited various areas around Thailand before but never here so we were looking for expert guidance. I'm delighted that Out Of This World provided that and found us a fabulous place, ticking ALL of our boxes and providing an unbelievable service in what will be an unforgettable holiday. I would definitely recommend these guys for their attention to detail and we had a fabulous experience with them....Many thanks to Ben and Karen who we dealt with from start to finish. We will be using them again.

We booked a last minute trip away and it couldn’t have been easier! Following a quick message with our dates and budget, Cate produced a couple of options and we secured the booking within a few days. Everything was taken care of from the moment we made initial contact and the personal service we received was just excellent. I can’t recommend Cate enough, it will definitely be how we book all our holidays going forward.

Ben and his team recommended and organised another excellent holiday for us. Malta is a great destination and Ben's recommendation of hotel and the extra details he and his team took care of made it a very enjoyable holiday for us.

With a thread of an idea or sometimes with no idea where in the world you want to explore, Ben will guide you. We have been fortunate to have used the services of Out of this World a number of times and on each occasion our expectations have been exceeded. The booking and Concierge Service from Karen completes an excellent experience from start to finish.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in St Lucia booked for us by Ben and his team at Out of this World Travel.

I have already spoken to Ben about organising our next holiday. Would highly recommend for a stress free experience

We have just returned from another wonderful holiday to Barbados booked for us by Ben at Out of this World Travel
From start to finish Ben and Karen have gone above and beyond to ensure our holiday was stress free.
All the details were taken care of from fast track at the airport, check in, boarding passes and restaurant bookings.
We received a welcome letter on arrival and a lovely phone call upon our return.
An absolutely brilliant service - have already booked another holiday with Ben and his
team.

Had a bespoke multi centered holiday put together to Adelaide, Sydney, Cairns, Thailand and Dubai by Cate at Out of This World Travel. We had the most amazing time!! A holiday of a lifetime!! All flights, accommodation and transfers booked for us. Cate checked in with us all the way during the booking process to make sure we were happy with the selections. Made even better by the concierge service which was incredible and all our seats on connecting flights booked for us including special dietary meals. My appetite for world travel has truly been whetted by the way everything was organized on our behalf - allowing us to simply just enjoy! It was all such a wonderful experience. I’m already discussing with Cate a multi centre Thailand trip including elephant hills!! We felt like we had a real team behind us the whole way to make sure everything was just perfect 👌🏻I feel like a whole world of opportunity has been opened for me - Can’t wait for our next adventure - five star plus rating!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked our honeymoon through Ben and it was made so easy every step of the way and felt our holiday was always in safe hands. We usually book everything separately ourselves so this was such a stress-free experience.

We had a wonderful time and loved Ben's accommodation recommendations and would certainly book through him again in future. Karen was great, checking in with us at just the right intervals to make sure everything was running perfectly, which it was.

Highly recommended and thank you from us both,

Amy & Kyle

Just been to Lapland it was amazing and you won’t be disappointed if you book with her xx

My first booking with Cate, and I was not disappointed from start to finish she has been amazing. It was my special Birthday and our wedding anniversary so when cate was able to find us our special holiday to the Maldives I was so happy as it was always a dream of mine to go there, and never thought we be able to afford it. Thank you so much Cate for making both occasions special and have those wonderful memories x we will definitely be booking again with you

Our third holiday facilitated by Ben and his amazing team. From the initial planning (stepping out of our comfort zone with a move to a new resort), through to updates prior to travel, check-ins and follow up along the way. Support always on hand from the Concierge team. We never had to chase, things just happen around you which makes for a relaxing holiday experience.
