the response to my emergency was very prompt. a team was dispatched immediately to help with my situation. the staff was very friendly and eager to assist. the problem was resolved very quickly, efficiently and with professionalism.

I made a out and about claim for my phone that got water damaged on Friday 16th October and by Tuesday 21st my claim was done and paid. No hassle and quick

Worst service ever. People please look at your policy very carefully. If you have car insurance with outsurance and you are not the the one in the wrong with an accident if the othwr party is an outsurance customer please note you will have to cover all the costs.
They cover the party that wronged you and uou need to fork out the money for the other parties negligence especially if they have no damage to their car.

They cover the wronged person and the person who caused the accident walks off free.

The person acknowledged that he was in the wrong infront of many witnesses.

I have been a customer with outsurance for almost 20 years. All my insurance policies isnwith them, building contents and 3 cars.

I claimed once but have a 2 year broken service due to covid.

My car was parked in a parking bay and he reversed into my car. They not penalizing him.

Becareful what they saying is you can now go around knocking people's cars with your tow bar and all owness lies on the person who was wronged.
Verbatim" checked your scheduled policy was what I was told. Oh and I loose my out bonus. So I am out of pocket R14 000.00 because of some idiot driving a Ford ranger who reversed into my car saying he didnt see my car its too small.

They have very quick response times, they offer the best rates when it comes to premiums and they are east to reinstate if you have lost cover due to unforseen circumstances. Best Insurer by a mile.

My experience with OUTsurance has been extremely disappointing. On 9 July at 14:03, an OUTsurance employee explicitly advised me that if the other party refused to pay for the damages following my accident on 8 July, I could claim through my own insurance and OUTsurance would recover the costs and refund my excess. I relied on this assurance and submitted my claim on 10 July at 09:47. Four months later, I am approximately R6,500 out of pocket, and OUTsurance refuses to refund my excess because the legal costs of recovering the money would be too high. I understand the financial considerations, but why was I given these assurances in the first place? I followed the guidance provided by my insurer, only to be left carrying the financial burden myself. All supporting evidence, including my call history and WhatsApp conversations with the other party, is available and has been provided. OUTsurance claims to put its clients first, yet my experience reflects a complete lack of accountability, poor customer service, and empty promises. I refuse to accept that a customer should suffer financially because they relied on advice given by their own insurer. OUTsurance needs to take responsibility for its employee's assurances and provide a fair resolution instead of hiding behind legal costs. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in OUTsurance and its commitment to putting customers first.

real quick service, the staff were easy to deal with, they were helpful and informative, they explained clearly and had patience and always called me back quickly to assist me with my query, they kept to their word and was very friendly to talk too.

The OUTsurance agent was very polite, friendly, honest and helpful. They also explained the premium and the benefits. It was unfortunate that their premium was higher was higher than what I am paying, and she also mentioned the quote promotion. Indeed at OUTsurance, you always get something out.
