Missing items from child's product
Missing items from child's product and when I contacted customer service was fobbed off with a poor explanation that the manual was wrong not an admission that some parts were missing.

I bought a step ladder
I bought a step ladder, arrived via Evri, packing torn tatty ends fixed with sellotape. One foot sticking out and rubber foot missing. Tried contacting Oypla hopeless, emails saying someone out of office, return by post!!
I printed an Evri label waiting for collection, said last Saturday, no reply from them. Two dreadful companies. I now have a step ladder that I cannot use.
I bought this via Tesco Marketplace, they should stop using Oypla having seen other reviews many people agree.

Returned 3nd of April with evri and a receipt

Poor quality triangular run
The quality of the triangular run is very poor - screws that aren’t straight, thin, light wood and very fragile.
Also received a delivery date but it arrived 2 days late.

Motto Of This Is "Never USE EVRI"
Really sorry guys but your feedback was doomed the second you gave my order to EVRI to deliver. The most inept company in the history of the UK's courier business were given 2 items of my order. I had to suffer the usual EVRI delays with every excuse imaginable why they couldn't deliver it on time. Then when they did finally decide to find the correct property they delivered 1 instead of 2 which were identified as out for delivery. Still not got the second one yet (a week later) because guess what ?......yes they couldn't deliver the second one for reasons only known to EVRI. As long as companies keep using the cheap option (EVRI), then they will continue to get 1 star from me because EVRI are cheap for a reason....because they are ABYSMAL.

Poor quality and poor customer service
Unfortunately I can't give this no stars because it doesn't give me the option, but that is what I am giving it. I purchased a garden cart and was unable to put the first 2 parts together. This was due to the two holes the securing pin needed to go through, did not align with each other. Apparently, just because I haven't got the original packaging( put in recycling as I didn't think I would be needing it) I cannot return it. I now have a unusable cart and am also out of pocket. I think this is completely unacceptable and just shows what a shoddy piece of equipment it is. I will not be using this company again and will certainly not be recommending them. The company that " has a big heart"does not live up to this !

I have still not received the table
I have still not received the table. Evri are saying that the parcel has gone missing their end and that i need to contact yourselves to cancel my order and fet a refund. This is the second time I have not received this table which I have ordered from you twice

Awful service, I have paid money in good faith for a product that was sold faulty, that Oypla refuse to refund (despite the law)
I need to return a faulty item but it will not be accepted back as I don't have the original packaging, so I'm stuck with something that cannot be used properly.
Edit: Emailed cservice as requested, very slow to respond and no help at all still refusing to refund a faulty order because of lack of packaging (which is illegal).

Pretty terrible customer service
Pretty terrible customer service.
Ordered a folding table through b&q, got an email saying it was dispatched on 4/3/26.
It never arrived (this happens!) spoke to Oypla who said they would look into it and then haven't heard from them in almost two weeks, despite me sending more messages. I even went through b&q, who contacted them, but they have still yet to reply..
6 weeks since ordering, no table still!

Wood saw horse - ok for the right price
