When, there have been questions or issues - Panache have acted on our behalf and contacted airlines, cruise providers and river companies just to ensure every question has been answered. They have ensured everything runs smoothly and just knowing there is someone you can trust at the end of the phone who will act on your behalf is wonderful. ie - Due to No Fault of Panache when the River Danube was too low to sail on - Panache ensured we received a full refund.
