Returned two pairs of socks and apparently got lots in transit but wouldn’t do anything about it. In this day and age to use free post as your main way of returning orders is ridiculous. Offered me a 10% discount code as a gesture of goodwill but needless to say I won’t be ordering again so pretty redundant.

The socks are of very high quality. They were delivered promptly.

Sent me items that were not as described on their website and then refused to refund the postage cost along with a refund for the returned items. They argued that as they had had to pay for the (wrong) items to be posted to me they wouldn't be refunding the cost so now I'm £5 out of pocket. They're excuse was that human error happens. Yes, but I shouldn't have to pay for their company's error.

Do not trust their sizing. I am a UK size 10 and ordered socks that should fit size 9-10, however the ones I received wouldn’t even fit Paul Bunyan… They were unbelievably big and clearly not sized correctly. When I enquired about a refund, the customer service team essentially dismissed the issue and told me I was out of luck and wouldn’t get a refund or exchange. It’s a shame this company doesn’t value good customer service. I recommend buying dress socks anywhere else.

It’s not the first time it has happened: the socks that came were not the colours I ordered. But the socks are so good I will find a way to live with them.

i am sorry to say the quality of your socks is poor, used them once, washed them once, they are ruined, the elastic is gone and the cotton is not, in my opinion, 100% cotton

While I generally like the quality of their socks, I’m disappointed by their customer support. I’ve purchased several pairs from this brand, but a recent cashmere pair developed holes in the heels after only two weeks of use.

​When I reached out, the company dismissed it as "friction holes," claiming that because cashmere is delicate, this wear is expected. They offered a meager 10% discount on a future purchase.

To be clear: these are socks—friction is literally what they are designed for. If a product is known to fail this quickly under normal use, it shouldn't be on the market.

I won't be buying from them again

If you must buy, go for several sizes too big ... they shrink, badly

Good quality

The socks are of good quality but for a size 10, they are on the big side so, buyers beware. Unfortunately, I ordered 2 pairs so they are all slack on my size 10 feet.
