I purchased a 3 month subscription for my daughter. They sent out the first box and the item was too big. I called and emailed them several times for a possible exchange and never received a response. It took them a month to send out an additional item I had order. At that time I sent them an email cancelling my subscription. I also went to my account and cancelled it. They actually sent me an email confirming it. After that they proceeded to charge me for a second box! Which by the way they never even sent. Again I sent more emails requesting them to correct the charge on my credit card. They never did. I went into my account to delete my payment information but it states I have to go through Shopify. Shopify never sent me an email to delete my payment information. I eventually went through Paypal and took them off my account. Really bad customer service. Incredibly shady.
