I purchased a 3 month subscription for…

I purchased a 3 month subscription for my daughter. They sent out the first box and the item was too big. I called and emailed them several times for a possible exchange and never received a response. It took them a month to send out an additional item I had order. At that time I sent them an email cancelling my subscription. I also went to my account and cancelled it. They actually sent me an email confirming it. After that they proceeded to charge me for a second box! Which by the way they never even sent. Again I sent more emails requesting them to correct the charge on my credit card. They never did. I went into my account to delete my payment information but it states I have to go through Shopify. Shopify never sent me an email to delete my payment information. I eventually went through Paypal and took them off my account. Really bad customer service. Incredibly shady.

I wish I could give this company zero…

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Product was received a MONTH after my order was placed. Worth the wait? Not exactly...the $50 pair of swim bottoms has the tag sewn in the FRONT! And the sizing is way off. I contacted them twice with absolutely no response. I escalated with PayPal and my claim was denied. It is now my life's mission to ensure no one else gets scammed like I did. Ridiculous customer service and product.

I can now see why Ruby Love re-branded!
Mine took forever, got lost, no response to emails. Nightmare.
Finally arrived. I'd got an 'upgrade'. It was something the exact same price and not at all what I ordered.
Awful quality. Looks like something a school mom would make to make a bit of Xtra cash so you buy because you want to support her.
Liner is like a thin piece of card. Ugly, sewing not cut at ends. Cheaply made. Can't say if they work as they're uncomfortable with that mesh.
You got my money thru lying and cheating but I have 2 girls and you won't get any more.
Shame on you Ruby Love.
You are scammers.

Terrible! Don't waste your money

I brought 4 pairs of which i ordered all dark colours and 2 of them sent we're light colours. The stitching starting coming apart after a couple of wears. The sizing and fitting is completely wrong and uncomfortable. I had to actually cut out the horrible mesh part that holds in the pad as it was very scratchy and uncomfortable and reacted with my skin. The absorbent part is in the wrong place it's more at the back of the undies than the front which makes no sense at all! These are a very expensive and useless product save your money and buy Love Luna or Bonds period undies. A much better price, better quality they actually work and are comfortable.

I'm going to post this everywhere. So others can be aware, and research and make an informed decision. This is my experience. Please if anyone is looking into buying menstrual panties DO NOT USE Ruby Love AKA Panty Prop. I have waited over a month for an order I placed back in March. I emailed the company several times asking for an update or a tracking number.. info on where my order is... NOTHING they have failed to respond. I then ended up opening a Paypal claim hoping to get their attention, nope no response to the claim no response to my inquiry. I found them on Facebook today alive and well making posts, but still could not be bothered to answer my emails for support. So I called them out on their website page in the comments section. They then deleted my comment and blocked me from being able to comment on their page. How is that for transparency? Real professional! I then called them and received a blanket response claiming because they are in New York they were effected the most by the pandemic and they apologize but shipping times are delayed. I asked why this was not conveyed to me when I had messaged them several times, why they failed to respond to me, why I had to call them out on FB before they would respond to me? She tells me she is sorry but they are short staffed. She tells me that they do not offer refunds at all under any circumstances and because a claim with Paypal was opened they aren't shipping the items. So you mean to tell me after almost 2 months of waiting the package never even shipped? I didn't make the Paypal claim till after waiting over a month. I said good I do not want them I ALREADY REPLACED THEM FROM ANOTHER COMPANY I WANT MY REFUND. She tells me they don't give refunds. I ask so you mean to tell me you had not shipped my item at all in over a month, you failed to respond to any of my inquiry's about my order, and then you will keep my money and your product? How is that fair? She just repeats that they don't issue refunds for any reason. I said that is theft you can not keep someones money and not send them the product. I want a refund. Then I get placed on hold and eventually another female comes on the phone sounds like a fat smoker breathing heavy into the phone with her raspy voice talking loud, I ended up having to cuss her out after the attitude she wanted to give to me. This company cares nothing for their customers and provide zero support, when you call them out on their s**t they will remove any bad reviews, make excuses for everything, then treat you rudely when you complain. This company is the most unprofessional POS I have dealt with this year. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY INTO THEIR PRODUCTS. After waiting over a month with no product no response and no idea what is going on with my order I finally paid the higher price and bought from THINX who by the way is ALSO shipping from New York during the pandemic. Imagine that I received my order within a week from when I placed it from THINX and without having to contact them endlessly to know when it would be arriving. I was given a tracking number and knew what was going on every step of the way. Sometimes saving money on a product is not worth the hassle you have to deal with in the end I should have just chose THINX from the start. Be warned and look up reviews online from multiple sources before committing to an online purchase, I wish I had because I'm not the only one complaining. They have a C- rating on the BBB website, no surprise there. Also they go by Ruby Love now trying to change their name to get away from the bad reviews won't work. We see you.

Horrible customer service, received the wrong underwear 3 times!!

This review is based solely on this companies customer service and delivery of their product. I haven't even been able to try them out yet because I have had such a difficult time getting the correct order. I ordered 4 pair of black underwear in a size medium. I received them in a size too small. I had to send them back in which they exchanged them for the correct size but they came in the wrong colors. I emailed them again because if im paying nearly $100 for underwear, I expect them to be exactly as I ordered them!! The company apologized, then sent me 4 new underwear in black BUT IN THE WRONG SIZE AGAIN! The people who are running this business are careless and lack attention to detail. It's been over a month and I still don't have the underwear that I ordered. I'm really frustrated and baffled that it has been this difficult for this company to provide me with the product I paid for.

I’ve been doing online order in years…

I’ve been doing online order in years now. This is the worst company ever. I made the order back in May. They send out the wrong size for all 4 panties. I send them back for exchange. It’s September now; haven’t seen anything yet. And no response from them since they received my return order. Horrible experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Had a terrible experience with Pantyprop -now known as Rubylove.

Their product DOES NOT work! I ordered a bundle set of 4 and they ALL leaked. There were also fit issues with two out of the 4 pairs.

Contacted customer service - they don’t care about your problems once they have your money, and will not stand by their product. Shared my experience on Facebook and was promptly blocked and my comments deleted.

I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and reported their Facebook page for a poor customer and experience - the FB help center says if a page gets enough bad reports they limit their advertising ( then might ban them,) until the company improves.

Pantyprop/ruby love do not waste your…

Pantyprop/ruby love do not waste your money with this company. Item order in April didn't arrive after 30 days eventually they replied saying my order wasn't available and offered an alternative. I asked for a refund, like the costume it never arrived despite being told I was in progress for refund. Eventually I went via PayPal for my refund they notified rubylove who then shipped the cancelled product 3 months after it was ordered. So PayPal rejected my complaint because the order was shipped despite the fact it was cancelled, 3 months late and I had an email confirming they would refund me. The swimsuit arrived on my doormat and even though the product is poor quality (it doesn't stay up so one boob falls out when worn) I don't want to waste more money posting it back. This company has shocking customer service and the product is poor quality!

I wish there was a no star rating for…

I wish there was a no star rating for Panty Prop/Ruby Love. I ordered a swimsuit for DD on 6/9. On 6/16 I received an email stating the swimsuit I chose was on backorder and would be shipped expedited in 10 business days. That should have been 6/27. I have emailed them. No response. I have not received a tracking number, email update- nada. They have my money, but refuse to respond. Don't waste your time!

Awful awful Awful

Awful awful Awful! Product does not do as it promises. Light day leaked through in 45 mins. Contacted them immediately, heard nothing. Attempted to contact multiple times... then got PayPal involved who basically said the product did as they advertised... in the meantime they disabled me (and I guess anyone else) who happened to have issues in Facebook ads.
Today they pop up on my wall ‘we've changed our name to Ruby something or other’ of course you have Panty Prop, you either went into administration or the awful reviews were killing you.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

I ordered a swimsuit from them that…

I ordered a swimsuit from them that said they were in stock. The week my swimsuit was to be delivered,they sent an email and said it is on back order. When I messenged them on FaceBook,they said to give them 24 hours to respond. That's when they blocked me. I am trying to get a full refund from them. Worst company ever!

Not worth time or money

I ordered several items off the website. The panties were designed weird but meh it was livable. However the bodysuit was nothing like what was described or pictured. Basically unwearable. The companybragged about incredible customer service with emails returned in 24 hours. Well 2 weeks of ignored emails I reached out to them on Facebook. I got a nasty response and then they blocked me. In effort to get a refund or even an exchange, I contacted BBB. The company responded through BBB stating that they were not registered with BBB and my dispute would not be registered. I then saw the F rating. I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute since that was my method of payment. PayPal claimed to work as a mediator and hear both sides. Even after explaining that all emails were ignored and that I was blocked from Facebook, PayPal sided with Panty prop. They said the item may not be the right item but it is close enough. Exact words! They recommended that I email Panty prop if I wanted an exchange. So basically I wasted my time and money.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. They make mistakes and don't cover for them. They require you to pay the extra fees from their mistakes ($50!!) and won't send you your order otherwise. The customer support is also really rude. Worst experience ever!
