Don't be fooled by the cheaper prices they appear to offer. Because you'll then find at checkout that the only delivery options they offer - bearing in mind it's a box of paper cups! - start at £12.74! This is next for working day. Next day is a whopping £43.10!
No standard delivery options offered at all.
Edit: Response to yours of 9/10. Who you "aim" your website at is insignificant. The issue is that you do not offer a standard delivery service. All of the well-known courier companies provide a standard 2-3 or 3-5 working day service for at the most £6.50, ie less than half of your minimum £12.74. I use them all the time for my own business needs. I was able to buy the exact same cups in the exact same quantity, ie 1000, from another company who gave the option of standard 3-5 working days delivery.

Hi Deb, Sorry you found our delivery options too expensive.
We offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery for all orders over £200, which the majority of our customers love and take advantage of, including a 5% repeat customer discount.
The £43.10 would have been for a Saturday or Sunday delivery which is just an option we provide for extremely urgent orders.
For ordering a single box, unfortunately we have to pass on the delivery cost from the couriers. Next working day is around £12 depending on your postcode.
Please also let us know if you can find a cheaper option elsewhere and we would be more than happy to look into it to see if we can improve!
We do want to offer a 3-5 working days delivery option but have struggled to find a courier with a suitable service thus far.

Hi Bruno, you ordered a 10oz Mocha Cup and have been sent a 10oz Mocha Cup. We are all very confused as to what your issue is. this particular product has many 5 star reviews from other customers.
The cup is slightly bigger than 10oz to allow for 10oz of coffee to be poured into the cup without spilling. If the cup itself was exactly 10oz to the brim it would not be fit for purpose and result in burning customers hands.
If you would like to return the item as my colleague has already explained via email, you can do so by following our returns policy.

We can see that the order placed was for the 6oz White Single Wall Cups and that is what DHL is showing as delivered in the POD photograph - a box of 1,000 (20x50) White Single Wall Cups.
