I booked with ParkSleepFly, expecting a smooth experience with flexibility if our plans changed. When I discovered that cars had been repeatedly stolen from the parking lot we’d reserved, I decided to cancel just the parking portion, keeping the hotel reservation. To my surprise, customer service informed me that canceling only the parking wasn’t possible, as it was part of a “package.”

It’s outrageous that I’d have to cancel the entire reservation and incur a penalty just to avoid parking in an unsafe lot. This inflexible and punitive policy shows zero regard for customer safety or satisfaction. I won’t be booking with ParkSleepFly again, and I encourage others to be cautious when booking with a company that disregards basic customer concerns

BEWARE! Do not trust any hotel under Park Sleep and Fly in the Montreal airport area. My pickup truck was stolen from the Travel Lodge parking lot. The front desk personnel acted so surprised. The police said that 2 PER DAY disappear from those hotels that offer this service. There is a continuing investigation trying to break into the hotel ring of people that notifies the thieves that the vehicle has arrived and how long it will be there. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE. It is a terrible way to end your vacation.
