Personal nice, helpful. Easy. But… my mistake, booked 1 week in mind, but entered as 2 weeks. Paid extra. When find out on return, that by mistake clicked on wrong date and paid for 2 weeks, asked refund for one week. Refund was regected. I understand it terms and conditions. If my booking service started, can not be amended. But, by personal situation, why charge a week more, if my vehicle was not using this land for second paid week ??? I am on minimum wage, looking after elderly 83 y o mum , and your permanent customer. So, why not refund for a week, if my car not using your land ???

Easy to use staff very efficient and helpful regular bus transfer services

So easy to use, just outside the airport with the very regular shuttle bus taking you to the airport, even if its raining you wont get wet.
Its a very well run and friendly service, our favorite.

Used Park2Travel several times now and never had a bad experience. ALL staff pleasant and polite, fast transfers with good drivers. Car perfectly safe no matter how long it has been left there and parked right outside the reception in a disabled bay so I don't have to walk more than a few yards. Can't praise the company enough and would have been using again in September had my wife not decided to book our flight out of Liverpool!! She has, however, booked a taxi to take us to and from Liverpool airport so I suppose I can't complain too much. Will most certainly use Park2Travel again as soon as possible assuming we are flying from LBA. Many thanks to all staff... Alan Love (now aged 80 years)

Had to wait quite awhile to br picked up from airport otherwise ok

The service and help provided by these guys - especially Ozzy was above and beyond. Our car wouldn't start when we came back from.our holiday. They made us coffee and gave us comfy seats in their office while we tried to sort out the breakdown recovery people with no success. They then helped and eventually we got the car started. I usually shop around for airport parking, but no more. You cannot get better service than this company

Park to travel is so easy to book ,so easy to use ,staff always great and friendly, shuttle is always readily available, and when your flight is delayed they pick you up within 5 minutes!! Great service at a reasonable price , Highly recommend them.

Waited for over an hour last Friday upon our late night return to LBA! There were vulnerable people in wheelchairs and autistic children getting distressed as the understandable frustration of us all grew. Four separate couples were compelled to pay £13.80 to go half a mile to the company’s office as no one answered our phone calls. Senior staffs explanation was to blame a colleague for forgetting about our flights return. All phone calls weren’t heard as they were all outside?? Absolutely pathetic company won’t be using them again. Will be using ‘Sentinel’ next time.

Another successful parking experience. Bus to airport was efficient, bus from airport was, in my opinion, a little late to pick up. Other customers were grumbling about the time and both the other parking providers had pick ups before you did. Sentinel came twice!!! Other than that, all good for price.

First time I used the park. Brilliant and great service and price compared to LB airport.

Excellent service, easy from start to finish, used them 3 times now. Quick drop off, bus takes 5 mins to airport. As soon as we came out of airport bus was waiting to take us back. Staff friendly, so efficient, will definitely use again
