Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago paid express delivery and nothing!!! No updates no replies from the emails ive sent , and no order so I’m now out of pocket! By the looks of the reviews I won’t be receiving my order either!!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order which I need for a children’s party 2 weeks ago and it has yet to be dispatched. I have contacted the company twice and have had no response. I have ordered here a number of times but looking at the other reviews they are all similar. No orders being dispatched and no contact from the company. Poor service.

I’ve ordered from Party Delights before and haven’t had any issues but I ordered a Halloween outfit for my son and it was sent to an inpost locker. It said it was delivered but I was never given a code for it which I contacted Inpost about. I was told to contact the seller. I explained in my email the situation and they never got back to me so in post them sent my parcel back as I did not collect it in time I did not receive any email from party delights to say they had received my parcel back yet looking on the tracking for impost I saw that it had been delivered back to seller. I have emailed four times now including messaging on Instagram as I would like my parcel or a refund back. It took several messages on Instagram to hear back from someone and they said they would send it to my billing address. I just needed to confirm that I wanted that to be done which I did do within the minute of them sending me that message and I have not heard anything again since. I have messaged several times and emailed again to find out what is happening as at this point I just want my money back.

Awful service placed an order on the 1st October which was confirmed. Still no update that it’s been dispatched. Have emailed three times and Instagram messaged twice with no response. Now the 12th October with no update

Really disappointed. Normally go and get my little ones Halloween costumes from supermarkets but thought I would give this company a go as they had some unique costumes listed on their website. Shipping was £3.95 and I didn’t mind paying it as the website stated delivery in 3-5 working days. Ordered on 01/10/2026 and still no correspondence or update on my order. Ive sent a message through their contact us form and also tried to call multiple times with no luck. Wouldn’t recommend or use again unfortunately.

I ordered 4/10/26 for 3-5 working days and still received no update or item. I’ve emailed the company and I’ve still had no response! I needed that for the weekend!

Giving 1 star as I have ordered twice. 1st order came with no problems but my second order (#20242) placed on 29/9/26 has not yet been dispatched and I have emailed twice with no response to either. There is also no phone number which you can call to speak to customer services. Appalling service, would not recommend at all. Seems this has been a problem with many customers.

Order arrived but was poor quality. So I returned the next day. Contacted the company stating I was returning. I've contacted them about my refund and have no response and no refund! Avoid this company. They have no customer service.

Never buy from this company. Sent me half my order. Then sent the rest a month later when I didn't request it. Returned items and no refund issues. No response to emails/messages. Terrible customer service!

UPDATE: They sent 1/4 items. Im still outstanding 2 items and no sign of it coming despite the email saying it had all been dispatched. I want my money back by next week or I'm reporting your company to trading standards.

Truly incompetent and bogus trading practices, do not order please from this mess of a company. Fraud. Reported to trading standards need shutting down. Still waiting for dispatch from 30th sep can't call phone number doesnt work. No reply off emails. But still advertising!!!! Still want people's money!!! Fraud fraud fraud

My order never arrived despite saying it was in transit for weeks. It eventually said it had been successfully returned to sender but no refund has been issued.
I hadn't thought to read online reviews so I assumed it was a ome-off mess up and re-ordered the item. This also hasnt arrived and no refund has been issued.
I have sent 3 emails to the company, none of which have been responded to, so I am now £30 out of pocket with no halloweeen costume.
The worst customer service I've ever known. Avoid!!!

I paid extra for express delivery to get balloons on time for my son's birthday, but they never showed up. You can only imagine how disappointed a little boy was. I've contacted customer service several times without any reply. I am requesting a full refund as the parcel never arrived (Order #18951).
​I will update this review once I get my money back. Until then, I wouldn't recomend this website to anyone.

Absolutely awful customer service. Items were delayed for weeks and weeks. No reply to any emails following reimbursement of the returned goods postage as I didn’t need the items anymore. Have emails to confirm they would honor the postage costs but nothing. Would never use again - please don’t waste your time or energy with this company. Cannot fulfill orders in time. Avoid at all costs! If I could give less then one star I would!

Ordered on the 21 september for a party end of october, 3-5 working days delivery apparently. Waited till 1st october and i emailed as had not had any updates. I was told there was a delay due to a "warehouse move" then i receive a notification to say it on it's way so i go to track it and its been "on the road" for over a week. So i contact the delivery company to get any updates to be told that none of my detail match the tracking number provided and i must contact the seller. I have done so twice but not heard anything back and i won't hold my breath...Wow what a joke, going to have 1 upset daughter. Will not be using this company again!

Ordered on 29th September, paid £3.95 delivery which is meant to be 3-5 working days.

No response received since initial order, have emailed twice but don’t expect a response due to other reviews; many people in the same position as myself.

Will be arranging a charge back with my bank if I don’t receive a refund or tracking soon.

Have not recieved my order 20160 - due to be maximum of 5 working days and it showing it hasn't left and I need it for a party!

Ordered a Frenchie from Grease costume, paid for express delivery, the parcel then arrived a week later with a pack of unicorn post it notes enclosed, I have emailed the company but not yet received a response, this is absolutely disgraceful and a complete scam.

The worst service ever!! Order placed…still over a week and no movement….numerous emails, contact on social media (attempts to call but line is dead), this company must be in trouble! I also added my comments to their social media page and they have had chance to now restrict comments but can’t reply to an email!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS…money taken but no order and also not able to cancel it. I’ve placed an order with a competitor today and it’s already been dispatched.
