Very frustrated
Well, I signed up for it. As soon as it took me to my homeroom, it asked me to pick classes based on where I’m located so I chose Texas. However, when I try to pick classes, it asks me to pay again. And it just goes in a continual loop. I shot an email to a young lady trying to explain and she didn’t understand what I meant. Very frustrated.

Juan went out of his way to day to walk me through, step by step trying to get my schooling reestablished on my computer... I did an up date that I he computer said I needed....
All it did is cause trouble... But Juan was easy going. Step by step, he walked me through the process....
Thank you pass ged for having coaches like Juan and some of the others that has helped me through this process.... I could not have found a better group of people then your staff....

I was taking your course but my memory isn't what it used to be and you don't have a workbook for each course so that I can review espcially before taking the exam. Tori Schoenfeld helped me with a refund and gave me other options so that I may be able to get my GEDthrough you.

I do enjoy the online lessons, but became very frustrated. Iam having issues with the math and don’t know who can help, or someone that could explain it to me. Otherwise it is great.
