Poor First Impression
Order thrown over the fence, in the rain, with no card through the door. Found it by chance.
Once opened, discovered only 2 boxes, when we ordered 6. Have contacted company, but no response.
Update: where is the tracking and photos? I can supply photos of the item over the gate, although i have already emailed this into the company. Also, if they were being nice, then why didn't they communicate that they only had two boxes in stock and that four more would follow. As yet, still not received the remaining four boxes as i am writing this at at 6pm, Tuesday 1 July 2025, despite their claims remaining items are being dispatched within promised delivery dates - "approx Mon/Tues".
And they continue to twist facts. But at least they admit they didn't "notice" my email for two days. No refund received so far.
Further update, 15 July 2025. Have still not received either a refund or remaining items!

Full Tracking, GPS location and Picture location recorded. Full order would have been delivered before the delivery date, 2 boxes sent and delivered days early (as we wanted to get them some bird treatments out before the weekend to be nice, at our own cost) with the rest planned for approx Mon/Tues. (still within delivery date) They contacted us and then wrote this feedback straight away, we replied to their message within 1working day.

Order wasn't received at 6pm, Tuesday 1 July as the customer requested we "Refund the remaining four" on the 28/06/2025, via an email (request noticed on 30/06/2025, first working day after request).

Happy Hedgehog
I have made purchases from Pawmits several times to buy food for the hedgehog that lives in my garden. Each has been perfectly handled and the hedgehog is very happy with the food. items are well packed and the communication is top-notch. The product range is really good and they always have what I need. Recommended for hedgehog lovers everywhere!
