I really feel that they prey on small…

I really feel that they prey on small businesses. They get these fake reviews which make you want to give them a chance because when your a small business it's nice to have a helping hand with funding. However, with Payability I can say that my personal experience has me of really no shock. I started to see that they were a shady company about 1 month into starting to use their advancements. From the start they have made payments fail to charge additional fees and have had numerous "glitches" as they call them to where money is missing. Then when you finally complain they will fix it on the spot and say "there was a glitch". I now have had my fair share of their payments failing to debit like they should.. which then they always claim it as being my fault. I am not satisfied at all with this company and would not recommend them in any type of way other than to stay far away if you can! I wish that I would have never utilized their services ever! They will set you up for complete failure if you let them. If your with them now.. I would start the process of closing out with them as they scam people into these agreements claiming they signed crap that was never even shown at all. I come to find that they have you eSign on ONE DOCUMENT then link others to it as well and copy the signature. However, you don't see these documents or know of their existence until something goes wrong because they will quickly think they are sneaky to then bring these "documents" about. I am a bit smarter than you may think and will do what I have to do to make this right! They claim I owe them a ridiculous amount of money and find it hilarious that you would turn your "glitches" into my problem. God bless and hope this review finds you well. Steer clear is all I can say! Best of luck! I will be making sure to share this experience with the world on all means of social media to let others know to stay away from these nasty sharks.

We would love the opportunity to speak with you directly to address any concerns you have however you did not leave this review under a real name or email address so we are unable to locate any real account for you. That said, the way the Instant Access service works is we advance you a percentage of your shipped sales from your marketplace daily and each time your marketplace releases a disbursement to your bank account, we debit your bank account the portion of sales that we advanced you. We only debit repayment when there is a marketplace payment sent to your bank account as we have already advanced you a large portion of this marketplace disbursement early. This is how Payability is repaid for the daily sales advancements we make available to you. We would not intentionally ‘fail’ any repayment debit as this is the only way we are repaid for the funds we advanced you early. In the rare instance that a repayment debit fails, in which the only cause is the funds allocated from the marketplace payment to repay us were used or taken by the bank account holder, we would reach out to our customer multiple times to see what could have caused this issue and how we can rectify it going forward. As a business ourselves, we do need to make sure we are properly repaid for the money that we advance.
Regarding the Payability contract, once it has been reviewed and signed by the account owner a copy of it is sent to you via email and is accessible to you in your own Docusign account at any time.
I am unsure of the glitches you are referring to but if you are able to provide me your real email address to reach out to you I would be happy to dig into your account further.

Absolutely a NO-BRAINER for AMAZON SELLERS!!

I have been using Payability for Over two years and have had nothing but a great experience!! As a new amazon seller, it can be hard to float your inventory and buy more inventory while all your funds are being withheld by amazon as an "unavailable" balance for 2-4 weeks minimally which is insane and very frustrating. Payability solves this exact problem for you with their daily transfers of your amazon earnings. You just pay a nominal fee, but it is WELL worth it to have access to your capital right away so you can pay off your inventory, buy more, and keep SCALING!!! Absolutely a NO-BRAINER for AMAZON SELLERS!! And their customer service is excellent, I really haven't had to use it much since their platform is great but anytime I've reached out they're extremely speedy with responding, and have actual customer service reps in their New York office, and not in Philippines or god knows what other country like most tech companies. I am a business owner and also a clinician. I was skeptical about cash advances until I got my Shopify / n Amazon store. I have a busy store and Payability has proven themselves. I try to return the favor by having great metrics along with great customer service. If you give Payability a chance you will see how profitable your store can be. I use my time in increasing my sells.

The customer service and support team are fantastic. You will get a response within 24hours if not sooner. In the e-commerce funding world it is hard to find legitimate companies that keep there word.

Yes there are fees, that is part of it but the pros outweigh the fees. Thank you Payability for supporting e-commerce business owners.

This is an awesome funding source

This is an awesome funding source! My onboarding specialist Christopher Ortiz was knowledgeable and proficient in this process and made this a seamless transition to get me funded the same day for my e-commerce business. Payability was the best business decision I’ve ever made.

First off I’ve been on payability for around 4 months now and it has literally changed my personal and business finances in every positive way possible which is KEY to growing my business. I got suspended because I downgraded my amazon account to individual because Amazon mx and amazon ca were somehow putting my listings on their site and charging me ridiculous amounts of money and I didn’t get a single sale from any of the 2 listings on mx and 1 on
ca. Just for example mx charged me around $200 in $26.82 increments and they were charging me every 48 hours. I caught it, called 20 amazon customer service workers at least and not one could help me get my money back or make it to where mx or ca could never do this again so I downgraded and it reset my user permissions and everything on Amazon almost. Me and (Megan Nelson) worked for 3 days to figure it all out and get me back on payability and she was amazingly helpful and patient. The best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with and it’s not even close. I’m sorry if you get swamped with requests for you after people read this but you were seriously wonderful and I wouldn’t have figured all this out without you. IN CONCLUSION, PAYABILITY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TOP NOTCH AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Also don’t downgrade your amazon account from professional to individual without talking to payability first because IT WILL 100% RESET YOUR USER PERMISSIONS AND THEY’LL HAVE TO SUSPEND YOU THINKING YOU DON’T WANT TO PAY THEM BACK haha.

Coming to defend

Coming to defend. I just read a review by a person that never was approved and just based the review on other bad reviews he/she had found.
I’m with Payability since 2/22 and couldn’t have survived the Amazon spring rush this year without it. I purchase my inventory pretty much daily from local sources and have no credit accounts with any of them, also need to restock shipping supplies weekly.
After I received the credit card supplied by Payability, no more need for money transfer.
The numbers provided are at first a little confusing but eventually I caught on to it. A direct connection to quickbooks would be helpful and it took some doing to import the provided file exports.
All in all I am a very happy customer,
The daily cash flow is more real than last year’s biweekly Amazon’s money surges with inevitable disappointments when the outstanding bills became due.

It’s not that informative on the funds…

It’s not that informative on the funds and balance taken and fees. The app is nothing but basic. It’s scary letting the site get 100% access to everything on your FBA account even though they say they won’t do anything. I wish the person that signs you up was helpful at all times. The person that signs you up texts you constantly but after it’s done they don’t seem to care to help much afterwards and you get told to contact someone else. It’s half ass customer service and it’s tough letting someone mess with your money and get the dissatisfaction.

Addressing your first concern, our Payability app currently offers the basic information you would need to do a quick check on your Payability account while on the go. That said, you are totally right, it could certainly be more robust to include all of the functionality that is included on the web browser. We will work to update our application as soon as possible!

In regards to your concerns surrounding marketplace access, we understand how it can be worrisome to provide a business viewing access to your store. Since Payability is providing you financing and we do all of our underwriting within the marketplace we're reviewing, we need to be able to understand who we're working with and the overall health of the account. Things like advertising spend, Amazon loans, etc are important to us because we need to know what funds are being paid to Amazon from what we advance to you. In the agreement, it states we'll never make any changes or edits to your account so you're completely protected there.

As the Manager of the Customer Experience Team here, I take the feedback regarding your interactions with our Sales and Support Teams here extremely seriously and want to address these concerns directly.
