New Terminal
Swapped my terminal for one which had issues.
When called technical support to both request a new terminal and to set up the new terminal could not fault how friendly and helpful the staff were.
Recommend.

The most important thing is they answer your call quickly and very helpful and understanding also very professional and Matt explained everything and try to resolve problem quickly and efficiently so I will give him 10 out of 10 and he deserves 5 stars absolutely because he is very very helpful so keep up the good work and make customers happy, thanks a lot

Well what good words can I say we have been with this company since 2019, unfortunately we didn't realise we were non PCI compliant, any good company would have told you, but no they charged us £42.00 per month 2.5k. So we cancelled our contract yesterday with 30 days notice they cut us off straight away without telling us, we have no access to see if transactions go through, we can't check statements, we need this because there rubbish system keeps breaking down. Now if a transaction doesn't go through we will lose that sale. I wouldn't recommend this company. All watch your statements for hidden rip off costs they don't tell you about. We will never go back.......

I cannot state how Amy Carmichael made dealing with Paymentsense not only bearable but an actively pleasant experience. I had dreaded dealing with this company after previously finding their staff not particularly helpful or kind BUT Amy went out of her way to understand my issues and find the best solution.

What can I say, 5 year contract I rather stupidly signed up for.
This company is much the same as any of these services. Horrendously expensive and shaft you hard when you want to leave early.
Beware of the small print 🐾 and never enter a long term contract unless you have a PHD in financial law!
Utterly expensive, I'm relieved to be rid them.
