Mirrored cabinet arrived with a badly cracked mirror. The box it came in had obviously made previous journeys and wasn’t structurally up to the job of offering protection. While there was no hassle getting a refund, the whole thing was a waste of time and tied up funds unnecessarily. Wouldn’t bother ordering from this company again.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience. I attempted to purchase a bathroom cabinet online after receiving an email offering an additional 5% discount, only to find that the code did not work.
When I tried to contact customer support, I was left waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes before being redirected to an answering machine. This has left me questioning the reliability of the company—both in terms of accessibility and the validity of their promotional offers.
Sending out discount codes that do not work only undermines customer trust and creates unnecessary frustration.

Ordered 2 Pebble Grey Kali mirrors. These came with the words ‘Pebble Grey’ engraved in the actual mirror under the on/off button. The writing is not shown in product images and is quite tacky… contacted the company to check if there’s a way to remove the engraved text and had no response…

Nice mirror
The mirror arrived a day or two later than planned, but still quickly. Communication was very good with the company. The mirror itself is not brightly lit enough to be useful for a good look at your own face, which was what we had hoped for. But it's a nice looking mirror in the little bathroom and overall we're happy with it.
