I have bought from pebble uk many times very good service from knowledgeable staff about their products, I purchased the solidea 140 den 18/21 tights in four different colours ,i didn’t know what I actually needed as I work as a hairdresser and stand for long hours but I was advised by the staff to measure different parts of my legs and with there experience placed a order I am very pleased with my purchase and making such a difference I get so many compliments on how nice my legs look, they wash so well and haven’t snagged I would thoroughly recommend pebble uk they are brilliant.

Fantastic service . The flight socks purchased made the journey so much more comfortable, used on both long and short fall flights.

I bought a Solidea Support Ankle to help me with a previous injury I had through playing hockey. (Ligament damage in my tarsals). This provides much needed support that other ankle supports had not given me. By far the best one I have used during a game, and helps with the recovery of my ankle post game. Highly recommend this item

Just purchased another Solidea item from pebble. Not only is the item perfect and does exactly what it says on the website but the service from pebble has been excellent. Great communication, order dispatched the same day, and received my order the very next day. I would highly recommend Solidea and Pebble, and will definitely be making another purchase in the near future 😀

Wasn't sure what type of flight socks to get as was going to do a long haul flight so decided to try Pebble. I did go for the larger size as I take a size 12 shoe. They did feel a little longer than expected. Not too thick and easy to put on.
The only company that has sent an email to see if their products were ok and to contact if there were any problems. Other companies should take note and see how customer service is done.

i am 34 weeks pregnant and iv had restless legs and leg cramping at night mostly. I ordered some of the night wellness stockings and they’re a game changer for me i will definitely be ordering more. i recommend these 10/10.

I paid £40 for compression tights from Pebble UK that broke on the first try. I provided all requested photos and details and returned them at my own cost (£4.25) on 11 November. They said they sent them to the manufacturer in the US, but as of 3 December I still haven’t been offered a refund or replacement. Very poor and slow customer service. I wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Pebble UK.
I contacted them to report a fault with the product I purchased, and instead of helping, the staff spoke to me extremely rudely and unprofessionally. The first person hung up on me, and when I called back, the second person insulted me directly. They didn’t even bother to properly end the call—I heard their continued insults after they thought they had hung up.

No customer should ever be treated this way. Their behaviour was disrespectful, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I will be reporting this company to the relevant authorities immediately, and I strongly advise others to avoid this business.

I found pebbleuk when looking for some maternity compression shorts to help with varicosities during pregnancy. I live in Ireland and had some trouble making payment but the team were really helpful and supportive, giving great advice about how to wear the shorts. The shorts themselves have been a lifesaver and made my pregnancy so much more comfortable than it would have been otherwise. Shipping was fast, but I did have to pay additional customs charges due to being in Ireland.

Please do not buy anything from this website!
I bought a pair of compression thighs and they refused to refund them because they didn't fit and the say that, since it's a medical device, they won't accept returns , although, been a clothing item still falls under Consumer Law.
I will now raise the case with the Ombudsman since they cost me £40 and I will give an update here.

I've also spoken to someone called Naomi who has been the rudest person I've ever had to deal with!

Absolutely terrible company. I have never experienced such poor service. If you are a potential customer be aware that if you try something on and it doesn't fit, it will not be refunded even if the measurements you used for the size were accurate. I bought a pair of leggings that were absolutely impossible to get on even using an aid. Naomi acknowledged that they were stiff. An understatement as they are unwearable. I will never order from them again.

I have been purchasing from pebble for the last couple of years. Thank goodness I found them. Great products & always on hand to help and discuss my requirements.

Terrible company, don’t waste your money. The sizes are dreadful, don’t assume the size THEY recommend will fit you. When you receive them don’t try them on, you need to use magical powers to decide if they fit, as once you’ve attempted to get them on you’re not eligible for a refund. It’s a lot of money to chuck in the bin. If I could give no stars I would.

I have been purchasing Thigh High support stockings since 2016 and always been very happy with them (see previous review). Last year however I had a problem with their not staying up. Naomi soon sorted this out and came to the conclusion that it all depended on the length of the stocking so when I ordered a repeat for two more pairs recently she checked them first (having received my permission to open the packets) and only sent the slightly longer stockings. Result a perfect fit with no slipping down. All it took was one quick 'phone call and a person who cared.

I never leave reviews but felt I had to given this product is something required by people truly suffering (like myself).
I measured my legs and this proved completely accurate when I put the stockings on at home. HOWEVER one aspect completely outside of my control was the width of my toes (something the website offers no measurements or requirements for). The stockings caused crippling pain to my toes and I was unable to wear them more than once. Just to clarify, I am not overweight and my BMI is "normal".
I emailed Pebble about this but they/ Naomi offered no empathy whatsoever and refused to do anything about the problem - even though it was completely unavoidable from a customer perspective. I was upset and hurt and felt incredibly vulnerable and ostracised.
I would advise caution if you are thinking of using the service and are suffering, there is far better customer care available nowadays.

Very bad experience with them... Dissapointed

I purchased some sports compression socks recently and I have to say they are an amazing fit and feel.
I had given my measurements before hand to ensure I was the correct size and after a few runs in the socks I have to say I’ve been really impressed.
I have used compression sleeves and socks before but found some were very restrictive and after a while they became a little uncomfortable, however with these socks I do not get that feeling.
Will definitely be purchasing more but for now the blue ones go perfectly with my Mind vest for the London marathon!
