Dear Petagin Pro Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order placed over four months ago, which I have still not received. Despite being informed that the item was resent three times, none of the shipments have reached me. I have shared my correct address multiple times, yet the issue persists.

Now, after repeated failures from your side, I am being told that a refund is not possible—which is unacceptable. I have waited patiently and communicated through the correct channels, only to receive slow, robotic email responses that do not resolve the matter.

I am requesting immediate escalation of this issue to a manager or someone from the senior team who can resolve this with urgency and professionalism. I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and leave a public review if this is not resolved within 72 hours.

I expect a full refund.

Never received the paid order, the seller does not cooperate

Its a scam - do not order from here.

They will take your money. They will send an email that your order is on the way but it will never arrive.

I ordered and paid 4 months ago but have not received anything from them.

I order as I saw their ads in fac*book, unfortunately after wait for long 5 weeks nothing received. They claim to sent the sticker using unregistered mail so there is no way you know if they really send your order. They refuse to resend it again with a trackable mail. I wonder Who’s sending order on unregistered mail these days? Avoid them as much as you can.

Bestill en gang fra de og du blir aldri kvitt de. Er ikke mulig å bli slettet fra mail listen deres.

Ensimmäinen tarrasarja oli laadukas. Valkoinen peitti mustan hyvin ja musta valkoisen. Toinen tilaus oli ihan kuraa eli tarroista paistoi läpi tausta tosi rajusti. Eli perinteinen tapa kelata kuluttaja tilaajaksi ja sitten toimitetaan surkeaa kamaa. Älkää käyttäkö tätä toimittajaa.
