Very impressed with the speed of delivery. The ordered items arrived a couple of days after ordering.

Ordered refills for my Mont Blanc pen. They came swiftly and were able to be put through the letterbox, which would have been perfect if we had been out.

The items took a long time to arrive. I paid over £3 for 24 delivery which actually took a week to arrive.
I emailed to ask where my parcel was and had a prompt reply which was polite and helpful. So overall I am pleased with your services.

I only bought some ink cartridges for my Cross pen, but they were delivered on time without incident. I would be happy to shop here in the future.

The product a Cross roller ball pen for a friend is lovely and beautifully packed and delivered promptly. In fact sooner than anticipated. A real plus in this day and age.
I did speak to Will who was most helpful, professional, yet friendly and I have always found this company to be reliable and have no hesitation in recommending them as a trustworthy organisation.

It's been two weeks and I haven't received my order.

I have emailed them to complain, no one has contacted me and that's been another week.

The Royal Mail tracking number doesn't work on the Royal Mail website through their link.

And the telephone number to call (on their website) doesn't connect either.

I have little hope of this Christmas gift arriving in time.

Very dissatisfied.

A reliable and friendly. I have patronised The Pen Shop since their days on the High Street.

Purchased a pen set for my niece and paid for her name to be engraved. The pens were blue and the engraving was also done in blue making her name almost indistinguishable. Disappointing.

Came quickly - 'proper' refills from the Pen Shop not cheap counterfeits...

My enquiry was handled efficiently, little room for improvement.

Very happy I could buy what I needed, nice easy process, delivered quickly.

I needed refills for my Cross Rollerball Pen and as I am not very clever with some firms computer systems I phoned and spoke to The vPen Shop.
Extremely helpful response and everything then moved "like clockwork" and my pen is functioning once again.
