It was amazing my past reviews were my past experiences but since coming back it was amazing food was a good size everything was perfect and especially the staff is really nice and from my friend I was very happy with my 20%discount

Horrendous service food 40 mins late food cold no drink or garlic sauce with my order driver had to go back and arrived 40 mins later after I had eaten my meal !! Shocking !!

This place is discusting tjey nrush raw chicken with flavour and then coat the cooked chicken with the same brush. About 20 staff running around with not a clue. The lads in ther eating found an eyelash in his burger vile stay away people wont last at all worst place ive been too

I had a major issue with my order being routed to the wrong address (the restaurant's own address) due to a system glitch. I contacted the shop immediately to resolve it, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to assist. To make matters worse, there was a significant language barrier as no one spoke English, making it impossible to explain the situation or get any support. They simply pushed me back to the app's automated chat. Terrible service and a total lack of accountability. Delivering from 197 Portswood Rd to 197 Portswood Rd. In the end I was left without food or money back...

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness is not even a distant priority here. The floors were sticky, the tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in days, and there was a lingering smell that made it hard to stay for more than a few minutes.

The bathrooms were even worse!!! completely unacceptable. Overflowing bins, grime on every surface, and no soap available. It genuinely felt unhygienic just being in the building.
Staff didn’t seem to care at all. Instead of addressing the mess, they acted like everything was perfectly normal. It’s shocking that a place like this is even allowed to operate.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you enjoy being surrounded by dirt and chaos. Absolutely disgusting.do not come here

This is the worst experience of my life. I order food at Pepe’s thru Jist eats at 5:30pm on a Sunday evening. The app says the food will arrive at 6:20pm. The food doesn’t arrive! I go to Pepe’s & ask for my food & the manager (So called franchise owner) refuses to give me my food. I go elsewhere & then my app shows food delivered at 8:10pm. Nearly 2 hours later & I don’t even get the food so got ripped off!

Avoid using JUST EATS & PEPES! Trust me they rip you off & don’t care about customer service.

After 1 hour 10 minutes, had to make a call to find out what happened to my order? Oh brother we ran out of chicken, really? This is 2nd time in 6 months that means they not competent! It’s 2 pm kids, visitors waiting to eat. Last time it was in evening.

I’ve generally had good experiences using Just Eat, but I recently had an issue that I think other customers should be aware of regarding their StampCard reward system.

I placed an order from Pepe’s Piri Piri in Perth through the Just Eat app. The order subtotal was £31.99 and with delivery and fees it came to £35.59. I had earned a StampCard reward through previous orders which applied a £15.95 discount, so the amount I paid was £19.64.

Unfortunately when the order arrived, the wings were not cooked as I had requested and the order was also short by two wings. I tried to contact the restaurant for around two hours to resolve the issue but the phone just rang out.

I then contacted Just Eat customer support and the £19.64 I paid was refunded.

However, the £15.95 StampCard reward that I had earned through previous purchases was not reinstated, and my stamp progress has now reset to zero. Customer support explained that StampCard rewards are partner-funded promotions and once they are redeemed they cannot be reinstated, even if the order is refunded.

While I appreciate the refund of the amount I paid, it effectively means losing a reward that had been built up over several orders.

I’m sharing this so other customers understand how the StampCard system works if there is a problem with an order that ends up being refunded.

The staff is super friendly. I love my chicken with extra sauce, and they deliver it everytime 🥰😍 And things like a little written note in the receipt saying extra saucy! Makes me want to come back! Shows good service and care for costumers. A++++ to the members of staff👏👏👏

I just got a chicken box with rice and the chicken was chewy and tough , I took it back in and they would not change it for something else they said because I have eaten a piece of chicken what a joke don't go to the beechdale pepes there disgusting

Pepes Kirkcaldy fife .Piece of chicken carcass inside my burrito which cut the roof of my mouth .how on earth did they not feel or see that while making up the burrito. Be careful.
