3 times i called these to pay off another final payment for the THIRD time for a phone bill i had 10 years ago! Got cut off every time I mentioned wanting confirmation that once again I paid I would recieve it in writing that I owed nothing else moving forward incase they were again to contact me with another bill!!

Obtained a CCJ for a statute barred debt and sent correspondence to a previous address. Very convenient set of "oopsy daisy" moments from them. Some would say it could be deliberate.

Had a call from a lovely lady called Deborah who took the time to help me set up a payment plan. She was absolutely wonderful and so empathetic with my situation and nothing was too much trouble for her. Payment plan now in place thank you

Disgusting company who failed to follow the practices FCA using bully tactics to get me to accept a debt that isn’t mine: they can’t prove it is mine and this had been going on for years it’s also statue barred debt so now I’m going to prove they are in the wrong they still put a default on my credit report . The ombudsman and FCA are taking action I’m awaiting further investigation: don’t let them get away with it. I have sent cease and desist letter they ignored me. I also sent a prove it letter again I am
Sure they will just ignore me. It goes around in circles account on hold for 60 days cooling off and then the harassment starts again.. I’m not ignoring them I have asked them to prove the debt and refer to the creditor but I just get ignored. Do your research and fight back .

These first class scum really have no limits at all!!!!!! used a solicitor’s to send a notice to the executor of the estate of the late Philip Turnbull !!!!!!
Well guess what scum here in public I demand a full written apology and agreement never to contact me again through any agency whatsoever !!!!!
Police… action fraud and the fca have been notified of your unscrupulous conduct!!!!

I had to call 3 x as twice I got cut off, however, when I did eventually get through I spoke to a call handler called Debbie who was professional, understanding and extremely empathetic. My issue was resolved and my account was closed.

Spoke to a lovely lady called Deborah as a dd had been set up which wasn’t authorised by myself. She sorted this out straight away!

Had such a smooth and transparent conversation this evening with Debbie. So professional yet so personable. A real asset to the ACI team!

I spoke to a lovely lady called deborah in blackpool office ,really lovely lady who listened and was empathic, she knew her job and not pushy , i was not willing to set up an arrangement till certain issues were resolved but she explained things clearly so i made my arrangement with her ,you have a star worker there!!!! Just had a letter come through that they are making a claim against me, never heard about the company before and definitely have never received anything prior to this letter from them, seems like a scam company to me

Utter scum. Tried to hound me over a debt that isn’t mine. I was scammed and credit taken in my name. I’ve given them proof. No they won’t accept. They sent a clown to my house. A pensioner they thought they’d intimidate. I’ve sent cease and desist letters they’re still hounding me. These and aci scum. Do. Or try and leave a reply. I will not contact you. It’s now with the financial ombudsman. No doubt I will have a generic reply. Here one. Scum

My husband end up taking his life on Christmas Day due to this company. Evil company that continuously hounded us for a debt over about £800. They were rude on the phone and now are demanding proof that my husband is no longer here. The calls started again on the 29th of December.
