Dont trust this company

Rubbish Company that only help established business and ones that are starting from scratch. They wasted my time in connecting with me and because I havent earned any money as yet from business - the company goes and cancels the conference call. Very poor. It is disappointing with the response below of how discrimantory they are with businesses starting up.

Dear Dean, thank you for your review. We have checked our customer database and could not find your information. It seems like you are not an existing customer.

If you are referring to a scheduled appointment that we had canceled, it's because we have to disqualify prospects that are not a good fit, which is nothing personal.

We canceled our appointment because we don't think we are in the best position to add value to your business at your current stage. It would have been unethical to onboard you as a customer knowing that we can't help.

Work with them if you want your outbound dialed in

I've been to many sales / business scaling programs out there and PerfectOutbound has been by far the best in the outbound game. The team is responsive, professional and genuinely wants to see you win. If you are looking to solve general business problems, they are not for you. But if you specifially want to scale your outbound sales process- they'd be the perfect fit.

Hire PerfectOutbound

I run an agency and have been hit up by cold email companies, ALOT. Until these guys reached out to me. Their approached stood up which is why we hired them. And wasn't disappointed at all. Good investment.

They helped our agency reach new heights! Thanks to their system, we added 5-figures MRR from outbound alone- this is not including our existing revenue channels. This will work if you already have EXISTING channels that are working. Then add outbound as gasoline to the fire!

Handsdown the best outbound acquisition…

Handsdown the best outbound acquisition program out there. A friend referred perfect outbound to us to help scale our outbound sales. Right now we are doing more revenue from outbound than any of our marketing channels. It's not cheap working with them but we've made our money back many times over. Shoutout to the perfect outbound team!

The P.O team reached out to me to help…

The P.O team reached out to me to help us set up our internal outbound sales department. We couldn't find reliable solutions out there so we took a chance in their program. We loved the onboarding and sales process. Everything was done professionally, the owner of the company was also professional and knows what he is talking about. We just started and we're already seeing results- appointments came in as soon as their system goes live. The ROI is a no brainer if you add up the numbers. The best program I've joined when it comes to outbound sales.

This is a scam - got his offer via cold-email sounded fantastic - opted in and there is little to no support to whatever they teach

hi Chris, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We value every customer feedback and will always work on making our product better.

We believe it’s fair to give anyone reading this review the true context of the situation - that being, you haven’t implemented and tried the methods we told you to implement, which you did not mention here. Laying out the details here:

1. Your Business Development Rep (Raemund) who we appointed to you to go through our program did not attend our consulting sessions. We saw him once or twice in the beginning only. Those sessions are crucial in getting results as we will have an overview of your account and make campaign optimizations accordingly. This expectation was clearly set that it is your responsibility to hold your BDR accountable to join our consulting sessions. This was communicated during our onboarding call together and you have agreed (can provide call recording as proof on request)- but it wasn't adhered to.

2. We have reviewed your campaign and saw that the strategy we gave you was not followed.

3. We checked in on a few occasions with you and you didn't voice any dissatisfaction- we were given feedback that would reflect that "things are going ok". Should we know you were dissatisfied, we would have worked on rectifying the situation.

4. Your other employee (Julian) who you assigned to our program left your company and that is not within our control, as we are not responsible for your company's employee retention. It is your responsibility to step in or get a replacement to oversee the project, and none of the above was done.

You are welcome to your opinion, but we feel this is not a true representation of our Program as you are not discussing the results of our methods, but instead, your pre-conceived opinion of them.
