I I made an order from perfect plants . When I received my order that was only 12 plants the box they come in was big enough to put a small coffee table the plants were all over the bottom of the box. And broken packed with no care at all. Please buy from gardeners dream they are the best for all plants and pack with a lot of care.

The heathy conditions of my plants, and they were packed and delivered with care thank you.

Fast delivery and the plants were very good will order again

Plants arrived in tip-top condition thanks to tailor-made packaging which stood up to whatever careless treatment they may have been subjected to. The plants were strong and well- nourished.

Thought a 13cm potted plant would be much more mature and grown than what l received, especially based on the website photos and price. However, l received small plugs repotted into 13cm pots, which Perfectly Plants should be embarrassed about charging over £13 each for. I subsequently purchased 2x 14cm pots with the plants being treble the size for £4.50 each from a national Garden Centre. I feel ripped off 😞

Plants in excellent condition and well packaged

I was very happy with the maidenhair fern which arrived in great condition and was as described.

I purchased 6 Geranium plants, but only 3 were delivered, one of those was tiny. I emailed Perfect plants, but had no response. Very, very disappointed!
PS. Perfect Plants have now offered to send another pack, hopefully this will put things right! I have previously enjoyed a good experience with Perfect Plants.

I have received my order of Paperwhites and they have all started to grow. See photograph below. I have called 3 times and left a message and sent one email with no response. I have now decided to leave a review of the service and products. Extremely disappointed with this company.

I bought a Drosera Capensis because it's a pretty plant once it's settled and can catch some gnats that might get past my traps and killers.

When it arrived today 12th November 2025, the plant was so soaked that water was dripping all over my kitchen counter.

Even with my limited plant knowledge, I knew that wasn't right, even for this type of plant. I confirmed my worries online and with Gemini AI.

I was told to check the roots and root ball, and when I took it out of its delivery pot, the smell was "disgusting, repulsive, it made me throw up, and I can still smell some of it two hours later."

I was advised to rinse the roots with distilled water, most of which were black, with hardly any white or gray ones.

I went to the garden center and bought a new terracotta pot for it and some proper soil/medium for Drosera Capensis and Venus Flytraps. It's had an emergency transplant now, and I'm hoping my intervention will give it a chance.

As for this supplier, I wouldn't buy anything from them or recommend them to any plant parent.

This plant could still die from the toxic sludge it was delivered in. If it did die from an unexpected, for less knowledgeable plant parent, other customers could easily think they had killed the plant or done something wrong, when the truth is, it was dying and being killed before they even got it

I would not recommend buying from this supplier over the Internet, they might be ok as a store but not as a delivery online garden centre.

Im sure the plant was fine whrn you packed it, but your delivery provider was rubbish- definitely not the correct way up on my doorstep, and by the look of the packaging, it had been mistreated along the way. Lots of broken stems

Plant arrived box mangled, protection was none existent, luckily the plant wasn't too badly damaged, not good at all

Me personally didn’t want to give one star.
My 5 year old asked me for a Venus fly trap, so excited that I was he was getting into plants I ordered two plant plus pots from this company.
I received confirmation email and a Royal Mail notification that they are due to receive the order from perfect plants.
Three weeks later, 8 unanswered emails, several unanswered calls I content bank to raise a dispute.
This company didn’t respond to any of my attempts to correspond in regards with my missing order. However once my bank contacted them they refunded my money and apologised for the missing order.
I want to state they would not of done this if I hadn’t raised a dispute with my bank!!
Don’t order online.

Two separate orders placed on August. Five Stars for each. Will shop here from now on for all my outdoor plants. Beautiful strong plants, uninjured as they were well boxed.

Had a plant delivered as a gift and it's the worst condition I've ever seen a plant in, actually quite upsetting to see a plant left this way. My monstera plant (swiss cheese) came rotten, the leaves, roots and steams. What could have been a gorgeous plant had been left unwanted for god knows how long and wrapped in plastic with no airflow for god knows how long. I had to strip the plant down to the bare root and have been left with two shoots instead of the 8-10 it came with.
Have emailed to explain this and been ignored, the person who ordered me this gift has also tried to reach out and it has not been resolved. I would NEVER order from here again.

I was hesitant buying plants online however, the plants in fantastic condition. The packaging was just right for the plants. I found it easy to buy from Perfect Plants. Easy transaction, fast dispatch and delivery, all at a great price. I am really pleased with. My purchase.
