I ordered perfume from Perfume Lounge yesterday and quickly realized it was a fraudulent company. Their contact numbers do not work, and they ignore emails. I canceled the order, but today they still delivered the parcel against my request. I am now stuck with a product I do not want, and I cannot reach them to arrange a return or refund.

I have contacted Payflex and am waiting for their response regarding this matter. Perfume Lounge operates without accountability, and consumers should be warned about their practices.

It scammed me.. I paid for my order and then after that they canclled my order.. No refund no nothing.. I tried to contact them.. No luck..

These are fraudsters, they use google search engine optimization to ensure that their site comes out on top when you google any perfume. Their pricing seems to good to be true and it is. The claim their perfumes are original but I received a totally fake liquid in a leaking bottle which is nothing like the perfume I ordered. Their website lists a returns policy but they are unreachable via phone, email or whatsapp. They use a legal loophole by delivering something to you though not what you ordered, meaning banks and payment processors can not reverse any transaction unless you open a case go through the courts and get a subpoena for the bank to intervene which is too much effort for an individual to go through given the amount of money you lost which is typically in the hundreds of rands or perhaps low thousands if you ordered a few items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, too many people have already been scammed by there fraudsters don't be the next

Do not trust this store or ordered 2 perfumes and they only sent me one and charged me for 2 , they are a bunch of thieves , I tried contacting them on what’s up and emails and they do not reply , do not buy from them

What a disappointment, I bought 2perfumes Versace and Hugo boss. The smell lasts for only 2seconds.

Placed an order for 2 bottels of perfume, received only one that leaks! 🙄 I have contacted them numerous times and still have not heard anything back! WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

If I could rate zero stars I would! I placed an order and minutes later tried to cancel my order realising it might be a scam. I phoned numerous times, sent numerous WhatsApps and emails hoping to cancel the order before it was shipped. None of my communication was responded to and the next day received an email that it had been shipped. Today the package arrived, one bottle was leaking, the sprayer of another broken and another perfume which wasn’t what I ordered. Again I tried making contact to return the items but without any luck. I have now lost R2000 to a scammer… I don’t earn much and was buying gifts for friends and family. I am mortified that this person has no ethics/moral compass and steals peoples money just because he can! Shame on you Mr Pieter Biewenga!

Perfume lounge is a scam. I purchased a lacoste red, no scent whatsoever. I asked for a refund was told no refund on packages opened, how is one supposed to smell the perfume ? Stay away from them.

They're dishonest, unreliable, and selling fake perfumes. I had Hugo Boss Bottled Oud from Truworths, I promised a friend 1 which was order from this company, it did not even come closest to Fine Fragrance generic of the same cologne. CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN they qualify to be referred there.

Very annoying and misleading that this shop uses the same name as the original Perfume Lounge in Amsterdam since 2009. Perfume Lounge in Amsterdam (perfumelounge.eu) has an excellent reputation, whereas this .co.za is not comparable nor in collection, nor in quality, nor in service.

I received a fake perfume from them , please do not buy , it’s not worth it .

Because what’s supposed to be their designer perfume is not actual designer, the smell only last for at least 1 min, meaning it’s watered down and unoriginal.
And there is no number on the sticker at the bottom of the fake perfume to compare it to the number on the box , they’re literally scamming people claiming that their perfumes are designer .

They are selling fake. Just received an order of Boss Bottled cologne ,, when u spray the smell just vanish into the air

I would not even give them 1star. Just a rip off I bought vip rose and it smells awful nothing like the original. It is a waste of money. So very disappointing that is why I am writing this review because I don't want anyone else to be duped into believing these perfumes are worth anthing

These are counterfeit perfumes. It is basically water. If you want spare your hard-earned money, run away from perfume lounge.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Perfume Lounge, who I believe are selling counterfeit perfumes.

On [29/01/2025], I purchased [Sauvage] from their store, thinking it was a genuine product. However, after spraying it for 2 seconds , I noticed that the scent was not as expected, and the packaging seemed suspicious.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that the perfume was indeed a fake. I am extremely disappointed in Perfume Lounge for selling counterfeit products, which is not only illegal but also misleading to customers.

I request that Perfume Lounge takes immediate action to rectify this situation, including:

1. Refunding the full amount I paid for the perfume.
2. Removing all counterfeit products from their shelves.
3. Providing a formal apology for their actions.

I hope that Hello Peter can assist me in resolving this matter.

Deliver what your client has paid for. Communicate if there is a issue telephonically not with a arb sticker on the packaging saying it will be delivered separately. We all work hard for our money and try to support each other. Unfortunately, you are scamming your client and stealing their money.

Received the order quick enough just to find one empty bottle of perfume. Sent various emails, NO response!

I bought a perfume on the 23 of January still no tracking details...nothing delivered....they blocked me when I'm trying to contact them...please don't buy from perfume lounge....when I'm trying to track it says order doesn't exist
