My experience with you was very well handled, in a very professional manner, with the products delivered with no problems ,very happy with my item.Delivery service was excellent .one item still to come and has been mentioned with ,all information clearly outlined in a email ,very impressed with Perfume NZ

First time ordering with this company. I ordered 2 bottles of perfume and I was shocked at the condition one bottle arrived in, the lid was broken and label all degraded and ripped. The lid may have broken in transit, but the label appeared badly degraded on arrival, which left me questioning the quality control process.
UPDATE: Following my review and subsequent correspondence, the company has now processed a $15 partial refund for the damaged item. I appreciate that the refund has been provided.

Genuine products and fast delivery, I really love to buy with them.

I have been a loyal customer of NZ Perfumes for over a decade.

Recently I purchased Al Haramain Amber Oud Dubai Night, which was sold to me as an original “Extrait de Parfum.” When I raised concerns about the quality of the fragrance, NZ Perfumes simply dismissed me with this generic reply:

“We sell more than 3,000 perfumes a week, through Departmental Stores, Pharmacies, Airlines as well as various major online outlets. We have large consignments of Perfumes cleared by our custom brokers every week, which is sourced from the largest Perfume Distributors in USA and Europe. Due to the volumes we go through, we have a very good purchasing power with our suppliers in USA and Europe and do not have large overheads like other departmental stores. We pass on a substantial ratio of these savings to our loyal customers by providing very economical prices on all our products.”

This response makes it clear they no longer value individual customers. The volume-and-price justification was offered instead of any genuine attempt to address the product quality issue.

To make matters worse, I later received both a phone call and a written confirmation from Al Haramain Australia stating:

“We can confirm that this particular bottle was not supplied by us. Therefore, we cannot confirm its source or the distribution channel through which it entered the market.”

It appears NZ Perfumes may have been sourcing Al Haramain products from unofficial or unknown channels — the same kind of stock frequently seen on eBay, AliExpress, Temu and similar marketplaces.

It is disappointing to see a once-reputable company sink to this level. I can no longer recommend Perfumes NZ.

P.S. Chloe, so called Support Specialist from Perfumes NZ started manipulating my review by stating that they will "incur severe losses" if the item has been refunded (Multimillion dollar business will "incur severe losses" from refunding me only $83USD?). She also stated that the item was "100% Brand New, Authentic & Genuine." However, she did not state that the item could be "100% Brand New, Authentic & Genuine" from any place where it could be so well forged! I mean Chloe's comments are ver childish and manipulative, and show the Perfumes NZ Support is Excellent in blaming customers!

Quick service, didnt habe to wait long at all. Found my favorite perfume at a very affordable price. Will buy again from Perfume NZ.
