Great,easy ,free shipping. Except can not work out how to fill out return papers,.

Your products are not described well in terms of size. For a few items you include age group (7/8 for example) but for most you don't. And it is very frustrating to have to return over and over items because they are either too big or too small. I don't understand why you can't include ages in all items to make the purchasing easier.
Also, your products are extremely expensive for the quality. And since you have a captive market we have nowhere else to go. I reckon you know this but I thought I 'd say it again.

We ordered our little ones uniform from Perry Uniform, communication is brilliant if we ever need to ring up customer services. However we hardly need to as we get our orders quickly. Overall great quality products and amazing service.

You take too long to deliver items ordered. Given that
shopping on line is being encouraged globally and online is the only method you use for customers to purchase goods from you, it is very discouraging that you take so long to deliver the goods.

Well organised and easy to replace or return.

Absolutely awful! Tried to get two polo shirts for son. Ended up having to ring as they always asked for my order number on enquiry form despite me telling them no order has been placed.went round in circles with Josh for 3 weeks In end 2 shirts got dispatched with sun damage / bleaching across front. I have had to chase / phone and no resolve. No offer of refund or replacement. Avoid at all cost

I can only confirm what other have said: absolutely terrible service with extensive delays in orders arriving after being placed well in advance. No communication whatsoever from Perry's and ringing their customer service once a month to get an update leaves you on hold for long periods of time. Avoid at all cost if you have the option, I unfortunately don't.

The most third class uniform company. I do not understand why all these private schools have tied up with this s..t

Delays of weeks on several key ítems. A number of excuses, terrible customer service. Replacement ítems, e.g., trousersm that are a horrible cut and no kid wants to wear. Totally unprofessional and so are the schools using Perry's services. They waste your time and kids ges frustrated. Also, it reflects badly on the schools using Perry as their supplier. And, you can't even use Amex. This is a badly managed company.

As in the title - the opinion about the company is they don't pay invoices to their suppliers. Be aware, just a rubbish company.

Complete and utter incompetency of the highest level. Whoever is running this business needs a massive wake up call. Literally everything arrives the wrong size. Their sizing charts make no sense and the quality of their garments is below par for the price you pay.

I received my bespoke blazer from Perry Uniform today. To say I am pleased is rather an understatement. The quality is superb, the attention to detail is excellent. I cannot wait to wear it at Henley - and perhaps elsewhere, who knows. My contact at Perry, Michelle, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I asked quite a lot of questions and was quite particular but nothing seemed too much bother - true customer service. I cannot recommend Perry Uniform highly enough. Thank you.

Don't waste your time and money with Perry Uniform. The company does not hold enough stock of basic items and relies on its customers to wait for months after placing orders without providing them with any meaningful updates nor any compensation when promised delivery times are missed.

Simply awful company. Constant delays with no communication as to when or why items of clothing that have been ordered well in advance can't be supplied on the date quoted when ordered in a timely manner. Ongoing customer service is extremely bad and unhelpful. When you do receive an email from them it's a complete waste of time as it's useless and always turns out to be another false hope. Avoid buying from this company, will waste your money, your time also their quality is as bad as made in China but the price of U.K. you may as well get it from a top tailor who order it from China top quality. They will send you the wrong size, wrong item also wrong item inside the packaging product. They will loose your order and to make it even worse they will not take ownership from their errors or bother to call you to say they lost your order or sent wrong items. My son will missed his first week of school due to all the above. Perry’s manager will just say her apologies but that’s all. Apologies doesn’t get him into school… We paid next day delivery, they charged and they send it two days later arriving 5 days later from parcel. Avoid Perry company they are not worth it and get it from China, copycat the logo and get a full set 5 days worth of uniform and saving you money, time and hassle. That’s what I am doing from today.

This is quite frankly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have had to buy through them for the past 7 years as they seem to have a monopoly on private schools in London and their service has always been atrocious. Once again, with this order, we have items missing, items the wrong size etc. The coding system is so complicated it takes hours to work out what's going on. The prices are exorbitant and the fabrics pretty unsustainable. Premium prices should buy at least organic cotton now so you feel you are paying for the planet to be protected and not the company to make a significant profit. I wish I could avoid.
