Requested mirror for my granddaughter on 16th October
Still waiting and receiving no reply from my correspondence. Could the police get of their backsides and do something for the many disappointed customers.
Surely a crime has been committed.

Avoid scammers nowt will be delivered and youl get no refund !

Shocking company with zero customer service!!! Ordered at the end of October in time for Christmas. Needless to say, the order never arrived, I have emailed requesting a refund, but these emails are ignored. Dont be fooled by the positive 5 star reviews on their website. It is companies like these that give online shopping a bad reputation!!

I order a light for my aunt on 21st Oct 24 for Christmas and it didn't arrive I contacted them several times and I finally got a response which was I'm sorry to hear this would you still like the item or a refund. I have requested a refund and this was the end of December I requested this and still haven't received my refund. They won't answer my emails now either. Would not use this site.

I ordered my mirror at the end of October in plenty of time for a xmas present. I received quite a few messages from the company claiming they were inundated with orders but assured me they would have my order out in time. It never arrived. I asked for a refund at the end of December and was told it was being processed but to date, despite chasing no money has been returned.

As per previous reviews I have been ripped off by this “company”. Placed order in October, waited patiently as per lead times. Did not receive order in time for Xmas. Requested refund and have not received despite initial assurance I would. I’ll be taking them to the small claims court. Deserve 0 stars.

Received faulty goods after waiting ages for delivery, now not answering any emails. Avoid!

I ordered two large mirrors for my younger brothers on October 18th, which cost me around £70. However, I have yet to receive my order. I have been sending emails daily, but I am not getting any response from the team.

This is extremely frustrating. I purchased these mirrors based on the positive reviews on their website, but I now believe those reviews were fabricated. I should have checked Trustpilot earlier.

If PSG lacks the capacity to fulfill orders, they should have refunded everyone instead of making excuses. People might have appreciated that honesty. At this point, however, I can only say that they have scammed everyone. PSG doesn't even deserve 1 star.

If like me you ordered back in October, never received the item and this SHAM company has not responded to emails or returned your money, then take action to stop them keep doing it - I looked on their website today and they have an award on their for 2179 x 5 Star reviews - anyone going onto their site would be happy to order - unbelieveable! I have just submitted my detail to Trading Standards (via Citizens Advice) because this is not about the £34 I have lost it's about this company being able to treat hard working people how they have - really simple, took 5/6 minutes of my time - go to Citizen Advice website if you feel the same - they have a simple online form that submits straight to Trading Standards, let's stop companies like this.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I don’t usually leave bad reviews to companies, especially small ones but this review is warranted. Please do t buy from them. The customer service is non existent. My order was placed in October last year, I still haven’t recieved it. They told me it was being made, obviously that was a lie. They are now making items for Valentine’s Day. What about all the customers you let down before Christmas. This was a Christmas present and my grandson was really looking forward to recieving it. So why after an order was being made would I have to re order ( silly me did ) since then, “ beginning of January, nothing. After repeated emails I have had no response from them. Sadly I now have no alternative but to get trading standards involved.

Ordered two items end October, never received them and after numerous emails still no refund. This company should be investigated.

Gave one star but only because I couldn't give a zero. Didn't receive my order made in October so requested a refund three times. On January 10th I received an email stating my refund had been raised and to wait a couple of days for the money. Emailed twice again over the past week asking where this refund is and no reply.

I have had a bad experience with this company placed my order on the 24th October 2024 for christmas did not receive it email them 4 times and still no reply I fink this company is a scam so please do not order anything from this company.

Shocking company - it needs shutting down. I ordered a personalised light, the order never arrived when expected and there's no customer service at all. I emailed and tried to contact them over social media with no luck. I got no response and my order never arrived. In the end I had to contact my bank to get the money back. I had to arrive to my neices birthday without a gift because of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the stress and order else where.

Stay well clear, ordered a mirror for my son as a Christmas present at the end of October 24, they sent a generic e-mail out in December saying all orders would be fulfilled for Christmas but there is high demand etc. so to please be patient. Order didn’t arrive for Christmas, another generic e-mail they sent in Jan saying they would be in touch to either fulfill the order or refund, still heard nothing so have sent 3 separate e-mails which they haven’t even bothered to reply to. Seriously poor service, 3 months since I placed the order and still nothing.

I ordered my gift on September the 9th 2024. It has still not arrived and i have not recieved a refund. The team do not answer my questions and i am unable to get a refund, steer well clear!

Absolutely shocking were being promoted on Facebook and Google and thought they were reputable. Ordered in early November with 2 to 3 week delivery various excuses and did not arrive before they went on holiday at Christmas then when they returned was assured of a refund. Still waiting and now not answering emails which is only way now to contact them. Have put me off going outside amazon again and more importantly I have an upset 6 year old grandson

Only rated 1 star because I had to do to be able to right the review do not buy from here I ordered my son for his birthday a football mirror light on October 15th his birthday was in November after emailing n given a story I thought I’ll be patient there not having it easy was told we would hear of them by 2 jan nothing g I’ve emailed nothing back I want my money back! This firm does not even deserve one star. I placed an order in 1st November. My order was a Christmas present. As far as I’m aware it was never even made. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times via email, as I can’t find a phone number, and I have never had a reply only an automated one saying they’ll respond within 48 hours, which they never have. I am extremely disappointed and very frustrated by the lack of communication and customer service and care. They have had my money for 3 months and I have nothing to show for it! Do not order from this company!!!!

Ordered mirror 2nd November. Didn’t receive before Christmas and was told that I would get a refunded, they even told me the refund had been processed but 2 weeks later I still haven’t got it. Have had about 10 emails ignored and now I don’t even get the auto return email so I assume I’ve been blocked. I’ve gone to bank to get money refunded and I hope these people don’t scam anyone else! Never ever use!
