I requested a repair on my B and O system some 12 years ago. I received the device boxed and returned as promised. I put the system in storage for 12 years. On connecting the laser would not read. I called Louise at Peter Tyson and she arranged for collection and inspection. Received the unit back , delivered by a delightful gentleman called Mark. Charge was £85.00 all in.
Received advice from Mark about a new TV.
What a fantastic guarantee of their work. Although I reside some 60 miles from Peter Tyson I shall not use any other for all makes not just B and O.

In a world that's increasingly AI-driven, it's a joy to know that Peter Tyson maintain old world courtesy and personal communication.
My 25-year old Linn Classik was giving up the ghost - but Peter Tyson gave the product a full revamp, replacing some of the capacitors to the power supply, and fitted a new memory battery to the front PCB Assembly.
I have it back now as good as new - and all for a very fair/reasonable price.

Sitting listening to my new Polk Audio 700 speakers, fabulous! If you want to fill a big space with great clear sound. You would have to spend a fortune to do better! How they do it at the price I don't know. Thanks Tysons. Barry.

First of all Peter Tyson does do some great deals and this was one of them, with a total saving of 28.4% of a Naim Nait XS3. Add to that a 6 year warranty, it was better value to buy new. I read someone had an issue with remote control, but it just needed resetting and making sure the batteries are in n correctly. Naim being Naim have them the other way round. Delivered within two days, excellent service and really pleased with the amp, although the power cable is designed to be loose, it can be irritating if there is any pressure on the cable, but got there eventually. Great sound and an excellent match for my kit. I had heard one previously and I do love the Naim house sound. The amp.and Peter Tyson I can both highly recommended.
