I should rate them 0 stars. Terrible people. Took 70% advance and gave me a worst case delivery date of 08-July-2025. It's already 4 days past that date but no news from them. What a waste of time and money. Please stay away.

Worst experience, I had to follow up multiple times for months together to fix the installation issues, and finally it did not last for an year, the screens don’t close and the net coming out of the shutter that mosquitoes can easily enter, it’s not worth, it’s a waste of money, they don’t provide service even after multiple requests

i GAVE A STAR BECAUSE WITHOUT IT YOU CANT PROCEED. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THESE GUYS. ITS A BAD LOT OF TELEMARKETEERS 7 USELESS FRANCHISES. THE PROMOTERS ARE NOWHERE VISIBLE. APPEARS TO BE A SCAM

They are not even qualified for a single star rating. Very very poor performance. No customer Service number to mark any complaint. I was planning to change all my window net, i tried to call a Service person. After calling repeatedly everyday 10 times, he returned and took measurement and said he will provide quote for it by that day evening itself. Its been a week, no one have the courtesy to call or pick my phone. Nor reply my Whatsapp messages. Even the number (081 9000 4000) mentioned in their website, no one picks the phone the entire day. May be they are aware, that more than orders, they receive only complaints. Please dont waste money on Phifer. They only take orders. Very poor quality. After that for any complaint, they dont even care.

Got a quotation of 3lakhs for our new 2bhk. These guys are charging like anything, please keep in mind that this is just mosquito screen. Dont know they have been used the materials as gold or copper 🤦‍♂️

Service is very worst, don't buy this product once your screen/mesh or thread broken that's it. You will be waste your money and very poor service. Even I raised the complaint almost a month over no.one responded properly. Don't waste your money on this. Better go for other products who is very good service

Have been waiting for over 6 months now for resolution of my service / quality complaint.
The local dealer who installed the screens now says Phifer products are quite poor in quality and they as dealers are tired of customer complaints.
Company rep promised resolution a month ago but no response so far and doesn't answer or respond to calls or messages.

Very Bad Experience from Bengaluru

I called them several times and also sent the request to reach me, as I need to install mosquito nets in my home for several windows and 3 doors. but I got only one call from TamilNadu and was told our rep will reach out to you. that's it.
