Great choice of wallpaper art, clear instructions, quick delivery. I also ordered the application kit which proved very useful. I am a wallpaper novice but it was surprisingly easy to apply. I had an issue with the last piece because my wall was not straight and I had not measured it accurately. I contacted customer service who were very helpful and I was passed to a design editor who arranged for a slightly wider final piece to be re-printed and sent it to me. All in all, I am very happy with the product and the service.

Wallpaper came out terrible. I bought the premium product and all the edging has completely miss coloured after installation. Looks terrible. Shocked at how bad it looks. Followed the guidelines to a T. Installed it. Came back th next day to see the edges has completely discolored. I have a landscape picture monkey sanctuary and now it’s ruined. £100 wasted

Excellent! I love my new mural. Ordering was easy. Hardest part is choosing what you want. I have a background in graphic arts so I arranged my furniture on an app with the mural on my wall and placed my furniture until I got it right. My walls are nearly 10’ tall so I decided to call a professional to install it. It looks AMAZING!! I can’t stop looking at it. The wall across is a giant mirror so I have 2 murals. Visitors think I painted it on. It is seamless. Can’t wait to do my tiny water closet. Over the moon, quality paper!

Quick delivery and excellent Customer Service.
I ordered paper, paste and tools. The tools were missing, so I contacted them and they immediately responded to say they were sorry and were sending the tools. Can't ask better than that!
Good quality product.

I ordered a mural (jungle theme) and when it originally arrived I was so unhappy as the picture appeared to be different to what I had ordered. I called customer service who after checking my order and product number on the box, informed me it was what I ordered but if I wasn't satisfied I would be able to get a refund, which I arranged. However I never arranged the collection and thought I would see how the product actually looked up on the wall.
Wow, I’m so glad I did, the picture is amazing and although there are elements in it that I don’t think were there, due to not being able to see clearly enough when ordering the mural on a mobile device, I am so pleased with the results.

I am so impressed with my Photowall which I'd carefully took a sunset photo on my phone, to my surprise, having gave the dimensions ( 3.7M wide) the proof came back slightly adjusted for colour but confirmed suitable. being in the printing trade all my life I was very impressed with the print quality & the paper quality ( I chose the premium paper) It came as one roll with very clear white margin & cut lines, you click in the link and will get a red strip line showing each piece, mine was 9 drops. The only mistake I made was buying a ready mixed 'Power adhesive' which literally gave no slide tolerance at all, so I changed to Solvite Paste the wall paste & used less water for heavier papers as instructed, so instead of adding 6 litres of water, I used 5 litres. The consistency was smooth , strong yet 'workable' & I finished the job much easier. The end result is a local harbour at sunset with pinks & reds in the sky & sea which makes the bedroom feel warm. I can't praise Photo wall enough for the help, guidance and quality, love my Harbour Photowall. I would add photos if I can.
