Bob Gill came out Wednesday got me out of a muddle by making sure we were up and running, then ordered the spare parts on an overnighter for the following day.

Needed a repair and service on our compactor and bailer machines. Steve O'Neil was the engineer and he was excellent. Turned up on time, followed all of our companies policies and procedures, gave regular communication of his progress, finished the work to a high standard. Can't recommend Steve enough, lovely fella and great at his job. Would highly recommend.
