We have a few services now provided by PHS, however I am writing this review in relation to our new Baler machine that was delivered and installed this morning by David A.
From start to finish getting the baler installed the team have communicated well with us and been clear about the service being delivered. We visited to see the Baler before agreeing which unit we wanted and helped introduce us to a waste purchaser in the area.
The training received today was clear and David was patient with us as we loaded 500kg of cardboard so we could complete the baling process as part of the training. The machine itself is brand new and very easy to use, I feel confident that it’s a great addition to our waste management.
