Having worked with Eric and Ying to find our dream home in Rawai, Phuket and then continuing with them to handle the management of our villa and the upkeep, it has all been such an amazing experience. Very friendly, prompt service. They take the time to sit down, understand your requirements, and then work to get you options that are most suitable.

Nothing is too much for them. They are always prompt when phoning or dropping a message on WhatsApp, and everything is done with a smile!

Having approached other agencies, I can confidently say Phuket Serenity Villas is by far the best option for housing purchases, rentals and property management on the island!

We were looking for a villa with pool for our longstay in Phuket with our baby boy and we are so glad to have met Eric and his thai wife Ming, everything was perfectly organised and we felt pampered by their attention to help us in anything we needed. The driver from and to the airport was organised, Eric and Ming have been waiting for us in the villa by our arrival to make sure that everything is ok. It was very heartwarming. We asked before arrival for a baby bed and more and everything was organised perfectly! The communication was always very simple, in french or english. We have stayed for 9 months and they were always available. They answered the phone even on Sundays! They don’t just rent you a Villa, they really care for you! This couple is a very good team and you can be sure to be in good hands. They will find for you your home in Phuket that suits you, I would recommend it to everybody speaking French or English!
