I would absolutely recommend PillDoctor, I ordered from them today, once their doctor had authorised and provided my prescription, I received an email update informing me the doctor had sent my prescription to the pharmacy, shortly following, my prescription was being dispensed, then dispatched, from placing my order to order completed, all within a few hours! I believe I placed my order around 9.30am, by 2pm, when checking my order status, it was showing completed!
The following morning, with my morning post, my package arrived! I must say, I found PillDoctor company, provided an excellent service, in a very short period of time! With the NHS, now so stretched, and with GP appointments so impossible to obtain, I think more and more people will benefit from this type of service, and with all the many online pharmacies out there at present, I would highly recommend PillDoctor and one, if not the, best!
As for the condition upon arrival, of my medication, it was discreetly packaged, in excellent condition, correctly labelled, not fake medication, I was surprisingly impressed! Thank you very much PillDoctor, if I require you service again, I wouldn’t hesitate even slightly, I genuinely think your brilliant!

After completing a consultation my medication was approved by a doctor and the prescription was promptly filled by the pharmacy. It was dispatched the same day (yesterday) and I received my meds this morning, signing for the package handed to me by my postman.

A very prompt and professional legitimate service for which I thank those at PillDoctor. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise, nor would I hesitate to recommend them.

Well, I was really worried at first because many people have reported customer service issue which they could not satisfy.

Honestly, in my case, generally not bad. I think this company has been renewed and I could contact them easily on the phone and email.

However, there are several issues I have and this is the reason why I give 3 stars for their service at this moment.

Firstly, my order was rejected with a reasonable decision by the doctor.
Then, they sent me an email which said my money will be refunded in 72 hours. It was 4 days ago but it is still not yet.

Secondly, rejection also means that there is no reason that I need to use this service anymore, so I gently requested to delete my account through the phone call on Friday but still, my account is alive.

2nd Sep] Account is deleted but my precious money did not come in yet. I think I wrote the wrong feedback. I tried to call several times but no one took it. :)

Utterly useless service: claimed I hadn’t furnished them with my full address (I had) and requested I update the address. I did: but they posted the parcel with an incomplete address before I responded, wasting my time, and Royal Mail’s time. Royal Mail were helpful, whereas PillDoctor were terrible. Told me completely contradictory stories, refuse to issue a refund or to repost the prescription for three weeks. Have not apologised for their own failings leading to nothing materialising in the post, or how much time both me and Royal Mail have spent piecing together what went wrong. They did however send me an email prompting me to review the order I placed 28 days ago! The link they included to the review page was, predictably broken. They can’t even get that right. Avoid this company like the plague.
EDIT: Even their response below is nonsense. They've ignored my emails for a fortnight using the email address below for order #155146, and don't answer the phone whatsoever

DISHONEST & DECEITFUL. Debited my account, then refused to process my order. Now i have to wait 7/10 working days before i get my money back. If i get my money back. Unclear statements on the website. Should make it clear what the requirements are before processing orders. Be wary of this company.

I haven't used this service before, so was a bit apprehensive. It was a smooth process online. There was an issue with the tracking number with Royal Mail, and my package arrived in 48hrs BUT after emailing in and speaking to someone, this was explained. Great customer service. Good service. Would recommend. Thank u Pill Doctor.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Pill Doctor have delivered every time. Yes they can sometimes ask numerous questions but they need to be asked to make an informed decision if the medication is suited/needed. Can not fault them one bit always delivered. Thank you for your prompt service as always.
