I've just used Pink Car Leasing as my first venture into vehicle leasing. My main contact was Billy who started the process and was keen on me contacting him if I had any questions. It takes a few weeks before you get your chosen car but all the paperwork from Pink and then the firm financing the lease is sent quickly by email and can be signed electronically. Very quick and efficient. I did have a question on the description of the car I was signing for so I emailed Billy who called me on my phone 3 minutes after and answered my query - very quick!

I spoke with Billy Ward who was amazing. He was not pushy and gave me time to think about the lease plan. I took a few weeks and then made a decision to go ahead. He arranged the finance application promptly and this was agreed on the same day. I felt my experience has been handled very professionally.

Great sales team. Everything explained well. Contacted me on a regular basis to keep me updated. Delivery of car was bang on time. Delivery guy took me through the basics. From start to finish Pink Car Leasing have been super helpful. Was recommended by a friend. I would also fully recommend this leasing company.

I have been very impressed with the service, never having leased a car before after over 35 yrs of a company car I was dreading it ! ,Tom who initially started the ball rolling was patient, took several calls off me to advise and help, never once did I feel like I was a “ nuisance or hindrance “ he only had time to explain.
The process then went very quickly with forms, all explained and went through and then to tell me the car was to be delivered by Bethan who again was very helpful,it was all so easy and stress free tbh.

+ No processing fee
- Took 1 week to order the car
- No information on the process, what they follow, and how much time it will take.
- Mentioned 2 weeks of delivery time, 2 weeks passed, but my delivery date is not yet fixed.

From first enquiry. Billy was fantastic. Kept in touch regularly and went above and beyond to help us guide us through the process. Especially with it being the lead up to Christmas. Lewis was also very helpful and we cannot fault Pink Leasing. Excellent service and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car.
