overall a positive experience so fare.
altho, you need to upload ID to the website before your given your code and I don't remember that it stated that before I made the payment. iv never had photo ID ontill a few months ago. so it may not of been a great experience before then. . i think it should state that before your alowed to make any payments. but as i have some now it was not a problem. and I m very happy with how easy it was altho iv not been there yet.
also there may be an extra catch with the 8 weeks half price that I was not aware of before payment. its been no problem receiving the full 8 weeks, I'm sure, Im just hoping there is nothing else. I'm unaware of that I should be made aware of before payment.
but if you have ID the proceeds is supper easy, there is a deposit needed. but prices are really good. and I'm sure I'll get the deposit back. if there are any issues once iv been there a while, I'll come back and let you all know. 👍🏽

Really easy to obtain unit
Really easy to obtain unit, great storage unit only downfall where my unit is i cant get my car up to it and have to walk with boxes etc causing a difficulty being disabled but great price for what you get

Can't fault them. Sign up and arranging payments was a breeze. Access to the container straight away. Storage was super clean and came with water and sweets (nice touch). Can't fault it, will definitely use again!

I called Pink last Monday afternoon to…
I called Pink last Monday afternoon to let them know I couldn’t get into the gates 4 out of 5 times due to their issue with ANPR camera. Despite other people making them aware before then that it was an issue, primarily due to work being done on the gates a few weeks beforehand. I was told it was being addressed as we spoke. Imagine my face when I turned up yesterday Sunday 23rd and still got the “Yikes” response from the screen! Obviously Pink are only available between Monday and Friday 9-5 and basically outside of these hours it just tough luck if you have an issue.
Fast forward to 9am Monday morning and I call the office because they are open right? 20 minutes on hold at 9am to receive a “sorry, our offices are now closed, please call back between the hours of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday” and they disconnect the call!! So I try again and lo and behold another 20 minutes on hold and same message and disconnects again.
During this time I email and Craig who asks if I’m attempting the 0800 313 4401? Of course I am! Now he has let me know that
“We are aware that Monday mornings can be particularly busy due to enquiries that have built up over the weekend. We are reviewing how calls are handled during these peak periods, including staffing levels, as we appreciate that customers should not be left waiting for extended periods”
So now it is 10.04 and the 3rd time I’ve been disconnected after 20 minutes yet when I call back I’m told the average wait time is 7 minutes!
This is the standard you are signing up for!

We’re sorry to hear you remain unhappy with your experience.
Monday mornings are one of our busiest periods, particularly following the weekend, and our team were dealing with a very high volume of calls. We appreciate that extended hold times are frustrating, and we are reviewing how calls are handled during these peak periods.
However, while you were waiting to speak with us by telephone, we were actively responding to you via email and asked a number of times for details of the issue so that we could assist you immediately. Unfortunately, you declined to provide the information and advised that you would only discuss the matter over the phone.
We absolutely understand your preference to speak with someone, but where our phone lines are particularly busy, our team will always try to provide an alternative way of resolving an issue rather than leaving a customer without assistance.
Regarding the ANPR issue, we are aware of the fault affecting communication between the camera system and the gate and this is being investigated. Alternative access assistance has also been provided while this is being resolved.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will continue working to improve both the access system and our response times during particularly busy periods.

The cheap container at £22.50 per week and the first 8 weeks at half price was great incentive, plenty of room to allow the movablity of my 8ftx5ft box trailer in and out at my 182 unit
