SCAM – Worst Restaurant Experience Ever (0/10)
This place is an absolute scam. They charge €5 per person just to use a tablecloth, plates, and forks — something that should be basic and included. Unbelievable.
The service was horrible. A new waiter every few minutes, zero communication, and we had to repeat our order again and again. Completely unorganized and overcrowded, with no attention to customers at all.
The food was disgusting, overpriced, and poorly prepared. We couldn’t even finish our meals, and neither could the other tables around us. That alone says everything.
Overall: terrible service, terrible food, and ridiculous hidden charges.
0 out of 10. Never again.

You pay more if you share plates WHAT!!!

Det er svært at rate dette sted. Maden og servicen var rigtig god, men det at vi sad lige v døren, samt det faktum at der stod 20 mennesker og ventede på et bord, tog en del af den gode oplevelse væk. Det var som at spise frokost i et venteværelse. Så, maden og servicen kan fint få 4 stjerner - men den samlede score trækkes ned, af det jeg har beskrevet

Plachuta Wiener schnitzel ist nur ok. The size is smaller then it was and the cost is absurd 54 Euro. Is Wien becoming the most expensive city in the world?
