Plectrumb responded quickly when our hot water failed. They diagnosed the fault, replaced the pump, valve and PCB unit for a fair price. We use them for our annual boiler service and for fault fixing in the past. Highly recommended.

We have just moved into the Teignmouth area, so we are not established customers of the company. We needed some small jobs doing before a builder could come in and do his work, so the job was not a big earner for the company. Nevertheless, someone came to quote within 2 or 3 days, and the job was completed within a week. The electrician turned up promptly, completed the work with no fuss, did an extra job on being asked, and left the whole place clean and tidy. We will definitely get them back in for further electrical work very shortly. I would highly recommend this company.

We are extremely happy with our new shower room, it was prepped to a very high standard. The cleanest workmen I have ever had. The shower room was worth the money and I would highly recommended them. They really have done a lovely job and were very easy to work with.

Matt and his team competed the electrical work for my new kitchen. They did an outstanding job fitting all the new feeds for the built in appliances as well as fitting new spotlights. The workmanship was excellent and they were always on time and left everything very tidy.

Efficient top service

I am delighted with the new bathroom Matt has fitted for me. He and his team worked well, kept mess - even dust - to a minimum, and did a really excellent job. I’m exacting, but have absolutely no complaints.

Just had our bathroom converted to a wet room by Nick of Plectrumb. What a fantastic job he did. The workmanship is outstanding. Very respectful of property and always on time. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely call on him again in the future. Certainly a very good and reliable local company to deal with.

This company is the absolute best! Great service, all the guys are hardworking and polite, they do an excellent job and I have nothing but praise for them. They certainly have good old fashioned values that are so lacking in business these days. I have my annual boiler service carried out by them and today I had a new soft toilet seat fitted which they had sourced for me. They also today sourced a new shower hose for me.

The quite demanding work I required was started within days of requesting it and it was done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. All members of the team were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.
