Superb service..couldn't find Supreme satin applique tracksuit anywhere else...it arrived quickly with tracking.
Will definitely be using Plugstation again.

Ordered my son a trapstar jacket was trying to avoid buying online as so many fakes but only place I could find that actually sold any trapstar items in store was selfridges with 1 jacket I read reviews on plugstation and took a chance service was brilliant easy to contact and very responsive with any questions I had over all a very good service and varied authentic item can’t fault them

Top quality on tracksuit and service 💯
I ordered the tracksuit midday and it was delivered by the next day.
They even give you a WhatsApp message To tell you when it’s been delivered and you can speak to them direct. Very helpful! You don’t get that service anywhere.

Poor service. I bought a jacket which was too small.
1. No return label is provided by this company so returning goods is at your own costs.

There was no jacket in a larger size, so they offered me to choose another jacket. I chose another jacket which costs less than the originally ordered jacket:
2. I didn’t get a refund for the difference in price.
3. The difference in price was about €110. They told me that they had to charge restocking charges
4. Further questions remain unanswered

Poor customer service. If you are not sure about sizing: returning and refund procedures will cost you significant additional costs
