Haaris came for the annual service, did a good job and was friendly.

Great service, and far cheaper than many other installers. Recommend.

I ordered a heating boiler from this company on 3rd April 2023 to be installed in a property I own. I paid a 50% Deposit based on their Quote. Installation date was set for 4th April.
They contacted me by phone on 5th April to say they could not install the boiler in place of the current boiler and that it would have to be installed in the lounge by an outside wall. I said I did not want this to happen and they offered me an alternative boiler which could be installed in the kitchen as per the previous boiler. It was much more expensive and I said I would investigate further with other suppliers before proceeding. On 7th April an Engineer attended the property and installed the boiler in the Lounge, where I had specifically said I did not want it. The Engineer who installed the boiler left no commissioning paperwork or Gas Safety Certificate, so the boiler cannot be used.
The only means of contacting this company is through their Call Centre number who pass your request on to Customer Service. Initially I got a call back from their Customer Service people but once they found out the severity of the issue and the fact that I wanted them to ‘undo’ their installation which I never asked for, I got no further response. I phoned the Call Centre every morning and afternoon for a week but got no response from Customer Service. The Call Centre said they could not help but would pass it on to Customer Service. Nothing ever came of this.
Finally on the 30 April I received a Final Invoice from Plumbproud for the Installation. This Invoice charged an extra £825 above the original Quote. They have never provided a revised Quote or have I agreed to pay any extra amount.
So I have a boiler installed in the wrong place which I can’t use because there is no certification and an unsubstantiated charge for work I specifically said I did not want and a Company who won't contact me other than to take as much of my money as they want. Buyer Beware.

Regarding Plumbprouds response there was never any discussion about installing the boiler in the Lounge other than to say I DID NOT WANT THIS DONE. Nor was there any discussion regarding increasing the Price.
They have just sent me the Gas Safety Certificate after 6 WEEKS. They have NEVER contacted me in any way (Mobile, Home Phone or eMail) despite having all these details. Buyer be VERY aware

The installation went very well..
James Davies the engineer was thorough and tidy with the work.
The sales people were polite and helpful..The only negative was perhaps a lack of coordination between all parties involved..

Have just had a new combi boiler installed by an engineer by the name of Callum Davis. He was very friendly and extremely hard working.
Early days but the boiler is working fine. I would recommend him to anybody and would certainly ask for him if I had another job

After a month of no central heating or hot water, during a cold, damp spell in March and being let down by local installers., after a brief phone call to PlumbProud they came to our rescue and sent us a Knight in Shining Armour with a new boiler. Our old boiler was beyond repair and we had be given some extremely high quotes by other companies, who couldn't even fit us in, in April. Within one week, we had a fab boiler and a new thermostat fitted by Andre. He even cleaned up after himself and worked until 9pm for no extra charge. PlumbProud are reliable and affordable and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Adam installed my new boiler, which is working very
efficiently. He was polite and wasted no time in doing the job. He took away the old boiler and also broke
up the cardboard packing and disposed of it i my recycling bin.

Our aging boiler finally gave up on us so I had to search around for a replacement. PlumbProud not only came up with the best price, but their engineer was at our door the next day to do the installation. The engineer was very professional and did an excellent job under difficult circumstances (fitting the replacement boiler in a very confined space).
He went through all of the operation details with me after the installation and left everything clean and tidy.
Overall I am very impressed with PlumbProud and the service they provided.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ordered the change out of a boiler and tank system, for a boiler and tank system. ALL details were provided and sent photos as requested. 1 day job.... First person turns up with just a boiler, refused to work on the system as the tank system wasn't on his job list. Called PP, in fairness they called the plumber, he fitted the boiler, had to wait 24 hours for the tank to turn up, another plumber turns up, looks at it and tells me there has been a mistake in the pricing and more parts were needed AND a different tank. Contractual argument undertaken with PP. I couldn't afford to take another day off (day 3 of a 1 day job), so arranged to come back on the Friday. Plumber installed the tank, wired the immersion heater into a plug and plugged it into a socket so we could have hot water. Plug got extremely hot so had to turn that off. Overnight, drip drip drip, from the loft, big leak from the soldered joint where the plumber had soldered a cap end, water off again. Next day (day 4 of work) plumber makes good the leaking joints, all 13 of them, and 'finishes' off the job. Heating's on, radiators bled....happy days! Wrong, 2 leaks remain on their work, heating no longer works after 12 hours, and as it is a bank holiday weekend no one is around to answer the phone. I wish I could attach photos to show the workmanship. Electrics are terrible, immersion heater is now left coiled up on top of the boiler, wiring is all over the place, compression fittings have pipe at a 30degree angle to the fitting.
BE VERY WARY!!!!!

The price given was very competitive and the service was top notch from start to finish.
My installer (Virgil) phoned in the morning with an ETA an stayed until the job was complete.
Before he left, he explained everything in detail.
Clean and tidy throughout.
